I feel safe leaving my dog here. CharlieBar Dog Boarding & Training make sure he’s comfortable and I’m thankful that they are able to handle his crazy antics. They give updates on how your pup is doing so you’re never out of the loop.

I have boarded my do there twice. They send daily update pictures and he gets outdoor time. So I prefer this over petsmart. He seems really happy when we take him there. The outdoor area is immaculately clean and well kept.

We are so happy!! These guys are the best. You can really tell they love dogs. The staff treated our dogs like their own. Sent daily updates and did a great job telling us their progress. Our dogs were so happy we were worried they wouldn't want to come home. I would recommend Charliebar to everyone!

Excellent care during boarding and on vacation. Sent pics of our doggies every day while there. They get taken care of, taken out to run around and go to the bathroom. Fed and any special instructions they will do as well. Definitely will be in contact during future vacations for dog boarding.

All I can say is wow. We sent 3 dogs to his two week "boot camp" and what a difference. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Definitely highly recommend CharlieBar! They gave us daily updates and photos. Our dogs seemed super happy when we arrived to pick them up and in the daily photos. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Ricardo will tell you that he's not a magician but I will tell you that he is wrong because he does work magic with both dogs and owners! He can train any dog OR he can train you to do the same.

The staff at Charliebar was amazing! I enrolled my dog in the two week board and train program. They were great at communicating and provided me with daily updates. I'm so happy with the progress that was made within the short time frame.

We are highly disappointed with this service! He has the proper knowledge to be successful , but here's where the line is drawn! The amount of LACK of communication, organization,and professionalism is absolutely beyond RIDICULOUS! The day of our appointment, he "forgot". We did reschedule for the same day. When he arrived at our home . I let him in. He didn't introduce himself. His exact words "okay so what are we working on?" . First of all, go back to your text messages and remember your clients. The session itself was rushed. Lack of hands on. Very impersonal. It seemed he was there for a paycheck and that's sit. Another thing he said "okay so you get it now " like excuse me ?... I will say he apologized for missing our appointment, however didn't offer a refund or discount. He only offered a discount or free session AFTER THESE REVIEWS! He BRIBED me with free session if I took down my reviews. Sorry not sorry absolutely not . YOU NEED TO WORK ON YOUR PROFESSIONALISM AND BUSINESS WORK ETHICS! I'm not angry. I'm not upset. I'm not a Karen. I'm disappointed because of all the good reviews. He probably gets others to take down their reviews with bribes . I don't want your services. Future advise : Don't manipulate people with a bribe for a free session in order to make yourself look good. You know you messed up. Learn from it instead of manipulation! SO UNPROFESSIONAL! Also remember your clients! Go back read text messages. Use a calendar! Go somewhere else save your money.

Ricardo is an amazing dog trainer. I highly recommend him. He works with your schedule and you can tell he loves his job working with dogs. My dog didn’t listen to us ever, but she definitely listened to him.
