We have been taking our dogs there for about a year. Best customer service, best facilities, and we love that we can see pictures online after the visit. I would recommend this place highly to anyone.

The Best! We drive more than 100 miles to kennel our cat with them! They have large-sized cat kennels, most with views to outside. They play and cuddle with your cat everyday. If cat has special needs they will make sure directions are followed. They remember you and your cat. You can bring your own food. Family owned and operated business. Simply the best boarding kennel we have ever used!

I started to bring my dog to Cinderhills because he has a bit of separation anxiety and can’t be home alone for too long. He loves going there and he loves the staff. He always knows when we’re close because he gets antsy in the car. Love it there!

We where looking for a kennel to board our puppy during a trip. We took Our dog to dog day camp and we found our place. The staff is nice, courteous, and professional. Everyone there seems to have a love for animals. Our Pup loved every minute there. The photos of the day on social media where awesome. Wow I am so grateful to Cinder Hills! I just picked up my dogs, Mae and Dudley, from their first boarding experience. The process to reserve a space was very easy and the staff listened and responded to any questions/concerns we had. Anytime we emailed to check in they responded very quickly. Picking up my pups, you could tell how much fun they had. My dogs went around and said goodbye to everyone and clearly didn’t have much interest in leaving! It’s obvious that Cinder Hills genuinely cares for all of the animals that come through their doors. I also really appreciate getting to see their goofy faces on Facebook. Thanks for loving our pups!

Last weekend was the first experience at Cinder Hills for our cats, Tanner and Jenna. Setting up the reservation was quick and easy, and I was immediately put at ease by the friendliness of the staff on the phone. On arrival, we were delighted to see how bright, clean and welcoming their facility is - both in the lobby and the kennel areas. Tanner, our 16-year-old, requires insulin injections twice a day, but they were happy to take care of that for him. And we were able to take the wet food they prefer, as well. Everyone we met was truly kind and helpful, and it didn't hurt that they told us how they loved our cats! We will DEFINITELY take them back to Cinder Hills any time we need to be away. What a thoroughly reassuring experience for us...and Tanner and Jenna!!

Cinder Hills Kennels is by far an outstanding business. The property is very well kept and clean. The staff is amazing. They always welcome you with a smile and a friendly hello. Our dog. Maggie, always enjoys being there.

I know when I leave my cats at Cinder Hills, they will be safe and well cared for. I get the impression they have more fun there that at home!!

I left Kodiak, my very large Labradoodle, at Cinder Hills for a week. He did great. I could tell he was relaxed and well cared for when I came to pick him up; he did not even notice I was back at first. For an extra $10 a day, he was also able to attend doggy daycare or go for a walk, which got him out of his kennel; which made me feel better leaving him. I will be taking him back.

This was our very first visit to Cinder Hills Kennels for our recently adopted 10 year old new best friend. The staff knew who we were when we walked thru the door and welcomed Muriel! I was able to tell them a little about her and was not rushed. Addy was very sweet and kind. She sat with Muriel to give her time to adjust. Muriel was happy upon my return and over all I would say our first visit was a success! She will be going back one more time before we actually board her for three days and I know she will be in good hands!

My dogs are always enthusiastic about staying at Cinder Hills, and the folks are helpful in securing shot records and communicating with me.

We have used Cinder Hills twice now for family vacations and both times our pup seems so happy and well taken care of when I picked her up. They offer a variety of services and activities to keep the dogs occupied and all the staff is friendly!

Great kennel for daily dog activities and boarding. Our Goldendoodle has been cared for by Cinder Hills Kennels while we are traveling since she was 3 months old. She runs in to greet the staff when we arrive. An excellent choice in Flagstaff, AZ

We have brought our dog here numerous times. He gets excited coming into their office and loves all the people who work here. All of the staff are great and I feel good, knowing my dog is being taken care of and I never have to worry about him.

Cinder Hills Kennels has always taken great care of our pets. Our beloved 15 year old cat, Henry, needs 2 insulin shots plus 1 pill everyday and they still take great care of him. He just came home from a 2 night stay in as good health as when he went into the kennel. We have only had great experiences with Cinder Hills Kennels in the 15 years we have been boarding our cats there. We highly recommend Cinder Hills Kennels.

Cinder Hills took care of my cats for four nights and I couldn’t have been happier! Initially, I was very nervous as this was the first time I’d dropped my cats off at a kennel but it was so easy and I know my cats were treated well. Noah, at the front desk, was a pleasure to work with and thoroughly answered all of my questions. I would highly recommended Cinder Hills to anyone in the Flagstaff area.
