We took our kitten here to get fixed, the wait for the appointment was about 2 months out but it was VERY affordable and efficient, the staff was very kind and welcoming through the entire experience. Would absolutely recommend going through them for affordable vet care.

Bruce came in with a laceration and they were quick to get him taken care of. The staff was so personable and seemed to love what they do. I highly recommend them.

This place has changed dramatically. Only 2 vets. Appointments are booked 5 min apart,so they fill all the rooms and you sit and wait a half hour. We left and as we were leaving,noticed the vet was outside doing something to her vehicle.

Don't take your pets here. It is a waste of time if you can even get in. I had been taking our fur babies here for over 5 years. Well no more. They have hit the bottom of the barrel. My dogs face was swollen and we tried to get her in. Nope, not until the 23rd of December and no medication for pain or anything. We had to take her somewhere else and pay $155 for exam. She has a cracked canine. They gave some meds for infection and inflamation. I then called Chino to see about price and scheduling the removal. I was told that she would have to see a tech. Okay, we went today, the tech took her to the back. Came back with her after a couple of minutes and said, "The Doc said she didn't need a cleaning and to come back in February." What the hell! This place has went down hill since they sold out. I'm done!

We are new to the area and needed a vet for all our pets. From the first appointment we were welcomed with total professionalism! The doctors are thorough, the staff are animal lovers and the cost for care is reasonable. We are definitely part of the Chino Valley Animal Hospital family now!

Don't know what is going on there but nothing like it use to be. Made an appointment which was 2 weeks out then get a call the day before canceling the appointment because of an illness then can't see the veterinarian I had scheduled with for another week. I am done with them after 20 plus years.

The building was updated in a big way, somebody's going to pay for it, just not my dog

I recently had a negative experience with a Veterinary clinic that left me speechless. I'm glad we had another nearby option.

You guys wouldn’t take my dog in when he was dying. The lack of care to even help keep him alive or put him out of his misery hurts our family tremendously. Your front desk staff told us to go to Prescott valley vet clinic knowing that my dog wouldn’t even make it. Living in paulden and as far away as vet clinics are in Prescott or Prescott valley our pets wouldn’t even make it. He was hit by an idiotic human being that lead him to his death. He was our friend greatly missed and only a pup still. Vet clinics like you need people who actually care about animals. We are extremely torn up about this as our dog died in pain, suffering and hurting to wobble to his daddies lap to die while trying to get him to an emergency vet clinic in Prescott valley because you guys turned him away!!! Fix this issue in your company!!!!

My beautiful baby was diagnosed with PCE and it was very progressive. They did everything in their power without costing me an arm and a leg, to save him, but his quality of life just wouldn’t be the same. They were thoughtful,, caring and very helpful with his last moments. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for one of the most horrible days of my life. They weren’t very expensive and were honest with their care plan. I drive WAY out of my way because of how kind they are. (I live across the street from another vet that I won’t bother mentioning). Thank you to the entire staff. I am eternally grateful.

I have been coming to CVAH for 3+ years(?) I will NOT go anywhere else for treatment for my dog(s)!! They are fair, honest and i trust them! Seeing the various types of animals that you see sitting in the lobby waiting for my appointment time, that says a lot! People of Chino Valley trust them! Its a small agricultural area and the locals trust them, i trust them.

I come all the way up to Chino Valley from the Wickenburg area for all of my veterinary needs. That have taken care of both of my boys, one when they had a bad laceration and when they were sick. Also took care of spaying my female. No issues whatsoever. Very professional, and very reasonable. I would recommend them to anybody.

Today, after an ER trip and a surgery that lasted all night, my fiancé and I came home to our pup in pain with a swollen and itchy eye. I called around to other local vets who were dismissive and would have our dog waiting in pain for hours and hours. I called Chino Valley Animal Hospital (who have never seen our pups before) and spoke to Tonya. She dealt with my fear and panic and helped me get in as quickly as possible. Once there, Tonya was there to greet us and got us through the paperwork as soon as possible. We were a walk in appointment and at one point another dog came in with an Emergency and she promptly let me know that because of this my wait time would be longer instead of leaving us there wondering. I then had the vet tech named Tonya as well who was equally kind and thorough throughout the appointment. I really felt that my dog was a priority even though it was clearly a very busy and stressful day for the staff. The vet was equally kind and worked through all of my fears and answered all of my questions. Every staff member I came in contact with was incredibly kind and helped ease my fears greatly. I am very anxiety ridden with my pups but I would gladly leave my dog in their care. We will be switching to Chino Valley Animal Hospital from now on and I suggest them to anyone looking for a vet. They are amazing!

I've had the most refreshing experience at Chino Valley Animal Hospital. The receptionists at the front desk are knowledgeable and friendly. Once I sat down to wait, I only had to wait less than 5 minutes to be called in to see the vet. The vet was thorough in his exam and professional. I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a vet for their pets.

I can't believe this place only out for the money i prepaid for our dog bear to get spayed we had 4 dogs to get fixed 3 of them where done the 4th was in heat and could not be done but i paid it in advancied for her to be done now they are saying that i owe more money i refuse to pay the extra i will take my dog elsewhere and pay more if i have to remember if you go there to keep all of your receipts because they will rip you off

I had such respect for this hospital until 07/19/21 I had taken my 6 year old lab in and to my biggest fear dr. Conley I believe is how you spell it, (a doctor they bring in when low staff) misdiagnosed my baby. He not only acted like he could care less to be there but also didn’t even take the time to really even see my dog. The wait in the car for an open room when we had an appointment was 1 hour and 20 minutes… our appointment lasted less than 40 minutes. Costing me 300$.. His medical decisions was that nala had fractured her elbow and that’s why she has a large swollen elbow. “Heres some joint supplements” is what he prescribed.. told us that she would probably swell more and to just put ice/heat on it…..one day later we had to rush her to emergency surgery and unfortunately it was to late she had died from an infection in her shoulder that had basically was leaking into her body and she turned sepsis. I have tried to contact the animal hospital to notify the malpractice.. to my amazement I’m on day 3 of waiting to hear anything back. Get a second save yourself the heart break.

Staff was very professional and very friendly and loving to my fur baby. They make the animal feel at ease and comfortable.
