Always great service and groomers are very professional. We have been here a couple times now and have been happy. The second time our doodle was quite matted after the insanity of having a newborn made us lose track of the usual brushing. The groomer completely understood and was respectful. Price is competitive with other groomers in the area and I’ve found quality here is higher.

unfortunately our experience was not the best. We let them know in advance that we were bringing in two puppies. Everything seemed fine until we picked our dogs up. Two teenagers came out complaining not to bring back dogs together. They apparently bark/whine too much and annoyed them. They complained to us about our own dogs. Yet as we were given our dogs back, you can here the rest of dogs barking in the back. sadly two teenage kids with no customer service experience ruined the whole experience. so they won't have to worry about us bringing the dogs together or separately, we just won't go back.

They managed to give my yorkie poo an awful razor burn that required a visit to the pet emergency hospital then took no responsibility for doing so (e.g., did not respond to my emails and phone calls). Truly disheartening experience.

We took our puppy here. They kept him for a total of 5 hours despite telling us 2-3 hours. My complaint is that they cut his nail too short and didn’t even tell us. On top of that, they must have nicked his skin while shaving, because he also came home with a little blood near his eye. I understand that accidents happen, but the least they could do is inform us. Never going here again!

I took my old man Rocco in for the bathing service. They were so nice and helpful. I 100% will come again and let our friends know about this place.

This place is absolutely AH-MAZING! I personally bring my maltipoo here, but recently discovered that my elderly neighbor hadn’t been able to take his yorkie to the groomer in a VERY long time and she needed a miracle makeover, to say the least. Her nails were so long they were curling under her paws and her hair was so long she had infection near her eyes. I walked in and asked if they would make an exception in their crazy busy schedule for this poor girl and they did it joyfully THAT DAY. She looks like a new dog! That’s the kind of place this is and that’s why I will always bring my dog here! The owner and groomers are the friendliest dog grooming salon staff I’ve ever encountered! These are my kind of people ???? ????

This place was amazing! They love dogs and you can see it in the way they work. Staff and service was awesome. This is the only place for my dog!

I brought my goldendoodle in earlier today and she literally came home without any fur at all. The groomer was very friendly initially and told me she would have to go shorter because the fur was pretty matted but I had no idea my dog would only have her skin left. Normally short means at least a quarter of an inch. She also came home with a cut on her paw and with both ears bleeding they cut big chunks on both of her ears. When I picked her up the groomer said there was a red spot on her paw and maybe she was bit by an insect but when I got home and I looked at it closely I realized it was definitely another cut. They cut her whiskers completely so I called the Vet and she said a groomer should never cut the whiskers unless recommended by a Vet and that's why Maddy has been disoriented and bumping into the walls and furniture. I was told by Jessica at the wag salon that they cut every dos's whiskers so I sent her some information on it and hopefully they will stop doing that to dogs. This is truly the worst experience I have ever had with a groomer. My 5 year old cried and said I had brought the wrong dog back home. I even left a $12 tip because I paid before seeing Maddy. There is no way I would have left a dollar if saw what they did to my dog. I am so disappointed since I had only read great reviews. I look at the before and after photos of Maddy and I can't believe what they did to her. I would definitely want a full refund, especially the tip portion but Jessica told me too bad but no refunds so I am disputing the charges with my bank :-(

The Wag Dog Salon is my new go-to place for my dogs. I have a Morkie and a Yorkie. They do such a good job trimming their fur. They make sure to blend the hair so there are no obvious sharp lines from the razor. When I pick them up they come out so happy too!

Brought my almost 6-month old duo cavapoos in for their first grooming appointment and The Wag Dog Salon did an amazing job! My groomer understood exactly what I wanted when I wasn’t even sure how to describe it to her. I could also tell my pups were well taken care of and had a positive grooming experience. Job well done, we will always be returning customers!

The Wag was absolutely perfect! They listened to everything I wanted and my doodle came out exactly as I described. I’ve been to other groomers who take 4+ hours to do a subpar job but The Wag only took 2.5 hours for utter perfection. They have absolutely gained a new loyal customer and I would highly recommend this place to everyone!

Booked an appointment for a medium bath which the site states is $40. When I arrived to pickup my dog I was charged $70 with no explanation of the price increase. Still giving three stars as my dog is happy and looks great, wish the pricing was more transparent though.

Absolutely amazing! I brought in my Lhasa Poo who’s hair was 6-7” long, and they worked a miracle by keeping his hair and grooming him to my laundry list of requests. Since I brushed him often, they only found one small mat that could be brushed out. I asked if he could be scissored to 2-3” long, keep his ponytail, trim his tail to match his body length, keep his ears short, and shave his belly-to prevent more mats. He came back looking handsome and fluffy, with all of his hair and everything I requested. The ladies there were really nice and professional, when they were cutting his hair they called to confirm how long I wanted his hair which was 2-3”. Kyla was the groomer and she was amazing. My dog came out just as happy as he went in, saying good bye to the staff on his way out.

Bella grooms both of my soft coated wheaties! I’m sure most of you wheaten owners know how hard it is to find the right groomer for your furry ones, but search no more! They always come home looking fluffy, beautiful, and most importantly, HAPPY! They love seeing Bella and I’m happy we finally found someone take care of them! 10/10 ????????

I've been going to Jessica for years, salon where she worked before she open this place. She is an experienced, detailed groomer. This, with her interaction with my Doodles keeps me going back to her.

We called at the last minute to see if they could trim our pups' nails and their groomers stayed late and got it done! Great customer service! Great with our pups! Happy dog-mama here!!

Brought in my mini Aussie for a bath, deshed, and trim. He came out looking amazing and happy. I also brought my cat in for a lion cut. Bella did an AMAZING job with my boys. So happy I’ve found my go to place!

I took my dog here for the first time today. In the two years we have lived we have gone to many different places. This place was the best! They knew what my dog needed. They did that and more. She came out of there smelling amazing and looking so happy. I will be going back. Thank you Bella for treating my fur baby amazing.

Just picked my pups up from their first visit here, and we have found our new groomers! They were very kind and patient with one of my pups who was a little skiddish to begin with and won her trust. Not only did they look great (haircuts just as I asked for), but they smiled the whole way home. Thank You for a great first experience.

Are you looking for a groomer both you and your dog will love? You’ve got to book your next appointment here. They truly love your fur babies big or small, and they use fantastic products. I always get my Shorkie the hot oil treatment along with her groom package which really keeps her skin moisturized and stops her itching.
