They were friendly and professional from the first phone call. After bringing in my dog ....I am totally hooked. The Vet was courteous and knowledgeable and the first time visit gift is amazing. Exceptional Pets is just that, EXCEPTIONAL!

was looking for a new vet for my 2 dogs , 1st time I went in they were pre occupied but asked for a number and they had no business cards nor information about themselves so I wrote the phone number down. I made an appointment for my 2 dogs and spent nearly 5 minutes giving them my information , so today I went in for my appointment , no hello , no how are you, no idea who I was and then asked me to fill out all the paperwork that I already told them about on the phone, WHY ????? so I guess I will be looking for another Vet as this place I give 6 months in business Funny response not even I'm sorry or sorry for the misunderstanding, how about a call , very un professional business

Love the Grooming Salon especially Julie. She really does love my dog and takes really good care of him.

This is a great location. They were able to see us the same day. They were friendly and helpful, and had a great bedside manner. Their prices are reasonable for vets in the area. The were quick and efficient, which was much appreciated. They have a great selection of toys, treats,and food. If you are looking for a vet, you should give them a try.

This was my first time going to this clinic and I will definitely be bringing my pup here for all issues moving forward. They got me in on the same day, and the check in process was smooth and efficient. They did a great job with the evaluation, and the prices for all the meds/visit were very reasonable.

My labradoodle Timber has a wonderful temperament until it’s time to get groomed. He’ll growl and even try to bite. Julie is wonderful with Timber. It takes a special person to create a trusting relationship with a dog who hates being groomed and at the same time do such a beautiful job. Thank you Julie and Exceptional Pets.

Still great service and they are making improvements! Julie in grooming is fantastic to work with an I always feel good that my 4 legged babies will be well taken care of and loved while in her care!!

Left my dog here for less than a week over the holidays with a bed, toys, food, and treats. When we came to pick him up his new dog bed was completely soiled with pee and my pups legs were wet with urine and matted as well. Not sure how often they bothered to take them out to use the restroom. They defiantly didn’t bother to clean or dry the dogs off. Definitely would not recommend leaving your fur babies in the care of Exceptional Pets. The only reason they get 2 stars from me is because he is alive and seems to of at least been fed.

I was mostly so impressed at how my dog, Misty, looked after the grooming. She also seemed relaxed, which leads me to believe it was not a stressful experience for her. I was disappointed that Misty's previous groomer was no longer there, but her new groomer did a great job and definitely connected with Misty in a positive way! It was a great experience all around! Today was Misty's second time here to be groomed. Mindy was her groomer again. She looks really cute, and very professionally done. Again, she was calm and "happy" when she came out. It's well-worth the price, especially since she hates for me to bathe her and cringes when I get close with a pair of scissors!! Both dog and owner are very satisfied! ???? ????‍????

They took such great care of my cats and worked with me every step of the way this is by far the best place I have ever taking my cats the ladies of Exceptional pets chandler are my hero's and I highly highly recommend them whatever the price it's worth it it was pricey but you can't put a price on pet care THEY went above and beyond to make my cats feel safe and comfortable

Staff was helpful and friendly. Treated my dog well. Will bring my dog back for daycare/boarding when I'm back in town and would recommend them to anyone looking for affordable and professional boarding.

Our dogs stayed at the Exceptional Pets Chandler location while we were on vacation in December. The staff was very caring and took great care of our dogs while we were away. We would highly recommned Excpetional Pets for Boarding and would definitely use them again when we go on another trip.

My dogs first time at a groomer, they took e tra good care of my fur baby for me! Took the bathing at my dogs pace, just made the whole process a breeze!

Julie the groomer was spectacular! She had great communication, was extremely understanding of my pups needs and took her time to get to know my pup and make him feel safe. I will never be going anywhere ever again!

Making good changes here! The only place my dog will not freak out to get groomed. Friendly staff and Vet!

The last time we used Exceptional Pet for boarding our dog the business didn’t have anyone working the front desk so we had to give them a phone call while waiting outside. When they brought us out pet the associate was from another location because Chandler had no staffing. Everything was so disorganized and we didn’t even get back our pet’s slow feeder, blanket or toys that he arrived with. The associate promised compensation but we later received a phone call that they had been found and we could come pick them up. We also wanted verification that our dog actually got the extra playtime that we paid for. There was no written documentation nor anyone that worked there that could confirm his playtime. Instead, they said they could check the cameras. I am highly disappointed and will not be returning here for care when we are out of town.

Best place! They gave me a tour of the facility and the temperament test shows me that they actually care about the well being of my fur child. I'm using them forever! Plus they remember my cats name and love him (its Pennywise) best place. Everyone is so friendly! Def recommend!

I heard about their grooming and really wanted to get my dog in. I have used their self wash stations and I really like that ( hence the 2 stars). I tried calling multiple times to book for grooming but they never respond. I finally emailed them to explain my grooming needs.After chatting with them on Sunday for an appointment, they never followed up. I finally emailed again on Thursday only to find out their groomers won't accept dogs over 60 lbs and I would have to book with their mesa location. I really don't have the time to follow up for weeks for a grooming appointment and please specify upfront if you won't take in large dogs rather than wasting people's time in chatting with you. Very disappointed with this experience.

It was my pups first time at the groomer and it went really well! Both were absolutely adorable when they came out, all decked out in bows and scarfs. I've never had to use a groomer before (previously had a Rotty) but I think they did a great job! My puppies were happy when picked up & that's all that matters!

The whole experience was smooth and the staff were very professional and helpful. My 2 pugs loved it. The pricing was very reasonable for the services my pugs received. Will be back on a monthly basis. Thanks again exceptional pets.

Maddie in grooming is the best!

I’ve been taking my dog (Pomeranian) there for grooming going on two years. They provide outstanding service and are willing to work with you if your schedule changes. Julie our groomer is the best. Great value and a neighborhood company worth the value.
