We boarded two dogs December 22-30, 2021. As someone else mentioned, our dogs were also covered in urine when we picked them up. One of our dogs (vaccinated for bordatella ofc) had a cough when we picked him up that turned out to be pneumonia. No one called us or mentioned it when we picked him up. They seemed extremely understaffed for the number of dogs they had. Things were so chaotic when we picked them up that my husband was mistaken for an employee. Chandler Dogs 24/7 is expensive and has extremely low quality care.

My little pup always loves going Chandler Dogs for daycare, he even knows the freeway exit and can’t wait to get out and play. He may come back a little smelly sometimes but that just means he was having a blast with all the other dogs, right? While we love all the staff, his favorites are definitely Hannah and Chloe (which is very clear as soon as we walk in the door). Thanks for giving him all the cuddles while moms away Chandler Dogs, he loves you!

My 1 yr old Vizsla puppy has been going to Chandler dogs 24/7 since she was 4 months old. It has been a lifesaver for us and her. She is now very well socialized and plays appropriately with other dogs. She is happy when she arrives and tired when she leaves! The staff is great and knows your name and your dogs name right away and provides a report card for you when you pick them up. We highly recommend them!

Both dogs came home covered in urine, smelling SO terrible we had to bathe them each twice. One of our dogs was acting strange for two days after we picked him up - lethargic and limping. Turns out he got an infection in all four of his paws, either because of the cleaning solution they use, or because of all the urine he had been caked in. Now he has to be on several antibiotics and pain meds for weeks. When I called concerned about the condition of our dog, the person who answered the phone had nothing to say besides offering a "free rinse off" next time we go. Terrible.

Helpful staff and always available for boarding, even on Thanksgiving and other major holidays.

First time dropping off for doggy daycare. The staff was amazing and my unsocialized dog came back smiling. Highly recommend this place.

Roxy and all the staff have been so wonderful! They made sure I felt comfortable leaving my dogs in their hands, and gave me great progress reports when I came to pick them up. Would definitely recommend this facility!

I walked in to get my dog's nail trimmed. The staff was very friendly to me and my dog. During my visit I noticed many dog parents came to pickup their dogs from doggy daycare. This place is one stop shop for most of your dog's need, including boarding, daycare, grooming etc. They have concept of no cage, it seems they keep dogs in rooms. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for daycare or grooming needs.

Our dog stayed here a handful of times. The first couple of times we loved it! After that, we had 2 very unpleasant experiences! Both times our dog came home super lethargic and sick to her stomach. More lethargic than from “playing too much”. She didn’t eat for 2 days after each visit and came home vomiting. The last time we left her for 4th of July weekend the staff was completely overwhelmed. They said they had 160 dogs at one time! We waited half an hour to pick up our dog because they couldn’t find her “because so many dogs looked alike”. Also, we paid for grooming. Our dog looked like they sprayed her with a hose when we got there and sent her out. She was still dirty and wet when we were headed home. Also, it was mentioned that she didn’t do well with the younger hyper pups when I asked how she did. So my guess is they don’t separate the dogs based on temperament or age. Also, the place has a foul odor every time you go. They try to cover it candles but it still smells. I also didn’t see where you can tour the site to see the conditions of it. Will not be back!

Some of the employees genuinely care and are amazing; it's unfortunate they work here and not for a better facility. I'm not convinced all employees watch the dogs closely -- my dog came home with a puncture wound in her neck that they didn't even notice and an employee referred to her as "moody" -- she was BLEEDING. I decided to take her back to the daycare again since it was likely an accident that happened with another dog during play, but a couple weeks later she was bit on the back by another dog. They first told me it was "a couple scratches" but it was multiple puncture wounds that required stitches and a drain. They did pay for the first vet appt (but no followups), but I had just purchased a 20-pack for daycare and they refused to refund me even though they admitted all my dog did was walk by another dog when it lunged and bit her. I called back a couple times and they said they'd look into it, but then they ghosted me. I lost over $400 worth of daycare money, at which point they became defensive and began telling me my dog "wasn't the right fit" for them. They then claimed that the first neck wound I mentioned was my dog's fault "after reviewing the tapes," which NO ONE had told me before I decided to bring her back. I also learned that they typically have owners sign a non-disclosure agreement before they agree to pay for medical bills (aka have the other owner pay) when an injury occurs, but I lucked out and the vet clinic didn't have me sign one so here I am free to talk about it. It's really terrible that they would normally pressure people into signing gag agreements if they can't afford an emergency vet bill that is no fault of their own. They do have cameras in their facility but don't let any non-employees review the tapes, even when an incident occurs. Why, if you have nothing to hide? Other daycares allow full access to video streaming. My dog is now nervous and afraid of other dogs at a level she never was before.

Great place for my pup to socialize. The hours are great for this working nurse to bring her pup.

Ziggy squeals w/ joy when we pull into the parking lot for Chandler Dogs. He loves this place and so do I. I can trust the staff to take good care of Ziggy when he must be boarded. When it’s too hot in the summer to get outside for some exercise he loves the day care option. Ziggy and I couldn’t have found a better place for his home away from home. Chandler Dogs has a skilled and responsive staff that makes Ziggy feel welcomed and me, too. GREAT place; great business. Thank you, Chandler Dogs!!!!

Gracie loves to go to doggie daycare at Chandler Dogs 24/7. She knows as soon as we get off the freeway that she gets to play all day. She can't wait to get in the doors and greet the staff; she seems to love them all. After spending her day with them and the other doggies, she is ready to come home and have a peaceful evening with us. Special thanks to the staff for helping make her days special.

I love going to daycare here. While my daddy is working I don’t have to stay home alone. Made lots of friends and the staff just loves me up. But what isn’t to love about a five pound Maltese ? See you all tomorrow, Sienna

Friendly people, my dog Kimmy gets so excited going there, $21 for a 4 hour drop off/daycare to mix and play with other dogs....they have an outside area for the dogs also. Great especially while the weather is so hot outside. ????????

Bailey likes to be around his buds and I like the peace of mind knowing I can drop him off & pick up anytime. I pay for the monthly pass because I don’t have to plan his visits.

I’ve been taking my dog to Chandler Dogs for almost a year now, and we both love it! The entire staff is so kind and welcoming, and they treat the pups so well. My dog loves it so much, she starts getting excited as soon as we pull into the parking lot. So not only is it cost-effective but she has the best time :)

This place is the absolute best. Staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. My dog goes during the week when I’m at work and if it were not for Chandler Dogs 24/7 I don’t know what I’d do.

My furbaby loved this place. I wasn't sure how she was going to react to so many different dogs and I'm happy to say she loved it. Whenever we showed up she was happy to going and play. I got regular updates and they were very aware of her schedule. Thank you.

The staff is very friendly. They treat your furbaby like they are their own. One of the best things about dogs 24/7 is that they do not kennel the dogs at night (for boarding) and there is someone on site 24hours a day.

Had my dog taken here on a last minute trip and was accepted as long as he had proper papers but they took care of him and he came back very happy.

Warning and advise if you bring your pup here. Read the disclaimer carefully before you sign. When you pick up your dog thoroughly inspect her before you leave or they will not take accountability for anything. We left our pup for a couple of days and she came home with a head injury that caused a nose bleed, raw paws, a broken off dewclaw nail, kennel cough and multiple scratches. She was extremely lethargic and lost a lot of weight. Emergency vet, 3 prescriptions and $680 later to get her back on track. 24/7 chalked it up to “normal” play. So if this is normal for your dog then they will feel right at home. If not, find an alternative. On the staffing side, there is a huge lack of follow up. We had to call/ email multiple times. No reports on nail being torn off which would have bled profusely. They refused to offer a refund or to help with ER care. Offered to pay for food bowls they accidentally kept but had taken over 2 weeks and still nothing.

I came in sometime last week inquiring about a meet and greet. the lady working then was extremely rude and disrespectful. She had black hair, wore glasses, lip piercing. I didn’t catch her name I was so upset. She explained to me that she couldn’t do the meet and greet for some reason, and I understood. What I didn’t understand was her extremely rude attitude. She was very short when I asked more questions, and visibly annoyed. She could have been just having a bad night but it looks very poorly on the company. I took my dog to another place, and I couldn’t be happier about my decision.
