Our dog got hurt while we were in from out of town and Dr. Elliott made time to see our dog same day and took such great care of her! Very efficient, professional, and caring. The vet tech Mel took such exceptional care of our pup and the front desk staff was great also. Great people and great care!

I wouldn't take my girls to any other vet. Everyone is excellent and so nice. My girls especially love Dr. Elliott. You should try them! ????????❤️????

They saved my boy. Coppers options were very limited after he swalled a mysterious object. Dani and Leah saved my boy. Copper was not in a good place, Dani moved quick and gave me news nobody wants to hear, but we were able to get him into surgery that day and Leah did an amazing job. Copper was feeling better in 36 hours, he started eating again and you could see life coming back into his eyes. My appreciation for these people is unexplainable. THANK YOU!

Katie is an excellent groomer. She has always done a great job with Ripley even when I wanted to try something new. The doctor and entire staff here is very helpful, caring and nice. The office is very clean and organized. Definitely recommend and will be going back forever. I love the vaccine for life program too!

Awesome hospital that cares of your furry friends. They always make Bentley feel at home. I wouldn't go to any other place in the west valley.

THE GROOMER DID NOT LISTEN TO INSTRUCTIONS, SHE TRIMMED MY DOG WAY TOO SHORT AND GAVE HER A CUT WE DIDN'T LIKE, WANT OR REQUEST. WE WILL NOT TAKE OUR DOG THERE AGAIN.

I have been taking my animals to North Buckeye Animal Hospital off and on for the past eight years. From vet services to grooming services, they are always spot-on. The staff are friendly and answer all questions. Their rates are very reasonable. More so, the staff love animals and it shows. Specifically, I am very happy with the way my two Miniature Schnauzers have been groomed. Excellent, excellent work!

The staff is amazing. My pup is very anxious and tends to be scared of people when she’s not around me but they did everything to make her feel comfortable! I Appreciate everyone here

For routine stuff, they’re fine. They give you a number of options and pricing to help you make a decision about your pets care. They are terrible with surgeries though. I allowed them to spay/neuter my two dogs. The first pup had some extra issues so when he recovered poorly and battled infection, we assumed it was because of the challenging surgery. Our second dog’s spay should have been routine but its been weeks and she’s still recovering. She developed an infection right after surgery which split her incision back open. We brought her back in and they poorly stapled her. They placed staples into her incision (instead of on either side) and she ended up with random holes above her incision for reasons no one knows. After one round on antibiotics, she needed another round and a seroma had to be poked and drained. She’s not a super active dog so this definitely wasn’t caused by her being too active. They’re basically abusing my dog at this point and I regret trusting them.

The office opens early and it was easy to get a same day appointment for our new puppy. The staff was very friendly and professional. The best part was they are open late to do drop offs. Our puppy wasn’t stressed after his appointment & vaccines and is doing fantastic.

Dr. Weirich was wonderful with my little bunny. She gave me several treatment and surgery options and spent over an hour throughout the day explaining everything to us thoughtfully. Huge thanks to the technicians and CRS staff aswell for getting us in such short notice and performing excellent treatments.

I can’t tell you how much we appreciate all of you. Thank you so much for seeing our Paislee on Thursday 7,15,21 on an emergency basis. We are so grateful. We have always found the whole staff professional yet they provide a family atmosphere and comfort to their fur baby patients and their very worried parents. Your calm, thorough and complete attention to each detail during the triage and following treatment plan was especially tailored for Paislee. We, of course would not hesitate to refer you to our friends and family, just as we have done with our granddaughter and her dog Paislee.

The staff was lovely, made me feel like they were really caring for Casserole and Flapjacks, as well as providing me the information I need to make a very challenging move.

Knowledgeable doctors, courteous service from ALL employees, everyone there truly cares about the pets as well as the owners' wallets. They may not be the absolute cheapest vet. But they give plenty of options for services, help prioritize services, nail diagnoses on the first visit (for me at least for my dog), and they never push services that are not absolutely necessary. For those services and treatments that are absolutely necessary for illness or injury, they offer convenient payment plans to ensure the pets are cared for without financially harming people.

The staff is excellent! They are so friendly and inviting. The veterinarian and technicians are so good with my dog, Jade. They even let me know if there are other dogs out in the lobby before I bring my dog through to leave. I had explained to them that Jade is great with people but is not friendly around other dogs. I would definitely recommend taking your pet here.

All of the staff have always been very helpful and polite. I have never had a bad experience here. We recently had to have surgery done on one of our dogs and they did an excellent job and are great with the follow up care so far. I highly recommend this place for your pets health care.

We were hesitant to leave our Vet in East Mesa, but one of our Aussies gets carsick, so the long drive would not have been pleasant. Our concerns were allayed after our first visit, and each one thereafter. Only trust a Vet that gets down on the floor with you! ????
