Staff was great and very helpful.

Everyone was very polite and it was 100 times easier to use their facilities than out shower/bathtub... We DEFINITELY will be back!!

I am very concerned about the parking situation.

We love Wag N' Wash! We get duck heads and bully twists for our puppers, and Cait is incredible!

Love how easy it is to walk in and get a bath.... paw-dicure and pick out a treat. Princess fluffy-butt loves it too.

Wag N'Wash is one of our absolute must stops in our time in Phoenix, they have incredible groomers and staff and facilities. The treat selection is healthy and amazing. We put off grooming where we live in Guadalajara even if the girls are getting matted because no one else can get results like them.

This was not worth 13 bucks for Thanksgiving dog plate and looked nothing like the advertised picture. Total disappointment.

It’s disappointing when you arrive at 6:30pm for a doggie self wash and they tell you they close at 6:30pm when the website states 8:00pm. I would highly recommend you put on your website self wash closes at 6:30pm like other places do. I looked through and I did not see that. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but it’s extremely frustrating when I drive all the way from Tempe to utilize this “service”.

Great place for washing your pets, grooming and nails.

Hard to get in and out off 7th Ave, but worth it. Busy, friendly shop filled with lots of options for pets. Pro grooming and self-wash facilities. Staff is super nice and helpful.

The self serve dog wash machines are amazing here. My sage boy loved it. He looks and smells wonderful.

By far the best place for your pet! Whether you need food, a nail trim or a wash. Oh and how could I forget, all the treats! Very friendly employees, great vibe all around.

I would have gave this place a 5 star the first few times I was in. But the last few times I came in the staff was rude, loud, I asked for a name plate for my dog, never once asked me what I wanted as far as font just did it and said here. I am looking for another place, its too bad I live only a few blocks.

*EDIT: Brittany the store manager resolved this for us and has been wonderful in the process! Updated review! My wife and I love this place but recently there has seemingly been a change in staff with a lower standard for customer service. We usually have no issue here and Brittany is wonderful! We recently were offered the opportunity to buy a 25lb box of raw dog food, unexpectedly. We have been asking this location if they offered a bulk service like this but were told they did not provide bulk ordering multiple times by multiple associates - so of course this bulk box available was a wonderful surprise. We were told by the employees that the only reason we were offered this box is because a customer had pre-ordered this box and never picked it up. So you do offer bulk ordering...again, to our welcomed surprise we realized we could order bulk. My wife went into the store yesterday to find out how to order and were told that it might come in today and she'd take our name down, maybe, if the manufacturer had it available. We totally understood that and in the mean time purchased another brand of food in case it didn't come in. She also mentioned we could request to order this 2 weeks in advanced for next time - also perfectly fine and we agreed to do so. She advised us to call today around 1pm and they'd know if they had it and to come pick it up. My wife promptly called around 1:30pm, confirmed it was there, and then immediately went to pay and pick it up. She was politely greeted by a very friendly employee who was checking her out and at some point during this transaction another blonde gentleperson decided to interject rudely to remind her she needs to preorder this next time 2 weeks in advanced and that the only reason she got it last time is because someone else ordered it and didn't pick it up. This person was very rude and condescending - we are extremely loyal customers and have brought many people to shop at this store regularly. I don't know what's happened but it is unacceptable. We are long time members of this community and deeply love what this store provides.

I was SO nervous about getting my dogs' nails trimmed because they get SUPER anxious, but wow - Shelby did an incredible job at making my pups feel safe and was able to get their nails trimmed down beautifully which I could never get them to let me do at home! Shelby is at this location for nail trimming every Thursday (I believe) and I will 100% be going back every month for her!! THANK YOU Shelby!!!

The service is really great there. I usually call a head though to make sure that it's not going to be a bad time to be there

Extremely overpriced and worse, they don't have a price list for grooming online or in store and neither the front counter staff nor groomer were able to tell me when I asked prior to starting services..taking advantage of new customers hitting them with surprise bill at the end so they can't cancel and go elsewhere before it's too late

Wonderful place! My dog absolutely loves it here! He's like a kid in a candy store when we visit. His tail never stops wagging. The folks are super friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful.

I always have my dog groomed here they do a great job and baby girl sklwsys comes home happy. However they are s little expensive.

Love wag n wash! My pit is a happy, hyper little lady and they handle her so well. They have great treats and dog food options as well.

Third time coming here for a wash and every time I and, more importantly, my pup were treated great. My little girl doesn't have a lot of time left and they treated her so great. They did a lot to make her more comfortable and comforted her directly too! If you love your pup then it's easy to say that this is a great place to take them.

Five stars? I wish I could give ten. I adopted a large, double coated dog in February of last year and finding a grooming balance between his comfort and my wallet has been a challenge. Washing him myself, in my tub/shower, has been an exhausting, back-breaking ordeal. I tried three different groomers, all of whom wanted $100+ and didn’t listen to what I wanted. Lots of miscommunication and a very unhappy dog. Then I found WagNWash. They have self washing stations where I can make sure my needy pup is comfortable and doesn’t get unnecessary trims. Even at the top of the price chart, $22 for the de-shed wash is a screaming deal. Jack got everything he needed, washed, conditioned, deep conditioned, dried, and cuddled the entire time. The staff was super helpful and friendly and never made us feel awkward, even when the blow-dryer had Husky fur flying at them. The bakery has adorable, unique treats. The shop has an awesome selection of high end foods. I’ll definitely be back on the regular, even if it is a 25 minute drive.
