Dr. Rang and the techs that worked with my pet were wonderful! It’s always great seeing them. They definitely created a fear free environment for my pet. 100% would recommend!

I went to VCA in Palmer for the first time two weeks ago when my beloved cat became ill. We had to put him down but I appreciated how kind the vet and the other staff there were. They didn't add any stress to a already stressful and painful experience. I really did appreciate everything they've done for my cat and our family. We will continue to use them for our other pet family. Reasonable prices too and nice they are open on Saturdays. I do not recall the vets name but thank you for giving my baby Harley a peaceful passing. <3

Very friendly, gave a lot of information and facts to back it up. They got us in a room quickly and were understanding of how excited our pup was to be in a new environment. We agree with their recommendations and pray they bring relief to our itchy pup ????

I took my dog in for a minor problem. During examination the vet noticed a heart murmur. He recommended the possibility of further testing to determine the severity of the problem. After 6 calls I cannot get a response or any further info on testing. I think this place may be under new ownership. Very disconcerting to have an issue as serious as a heart murmur found and then no follow up. But they always ask the canned questions like how’s your pet doing? Is he eating well? Yes he is,but he’s been diagnosed with a heart murmur, how about some help on that?

One of three dogs had been treated at this clinic her entire life. They were always so happy to see her, and her to see them. Her medical treatment was great. They were also very empathetic and kind when we had to say goodbye. The Veterinarians and staff are wonderful and would recommend them.

Made an appointment but when I got there they said they didn't have an appointment and all the could do is schedule an appointment for a week later.

My boyfriend's dog was attacked by another dog and they were able to get her in immediately and took such wonderful care of her! I have taken my dog here since he was a puppy and every single time I get quality service and care. You can tell every person in this clinic truly cares about animals and looks out for their best interest. They are also affordable and make it so that giving your pet good care doesn't have to break the bank. I highly recommend this clinic! Love their staff!

Everyone at vca always remembers my boys! Gary, my year old kitty, was severely injured and required and amputation of his hind leg and they made him so comfortable and did a great job informing me of how to help him when I got home with his pain management and all the small details that I didnt know being a first time cat mom Love, love, love these people!

Dr. Alex Waroff is an amazing vet. He is very kind and helpful. As well him and the rest of the staff are understanding and well do what they can. I will happily bring all pets to see them. I can not thank them enough for all the help they have given.
