TLC Kennels Palmer, Alaska

Due to a family emergency and not knowing anyone because we just moved here we found Alaska TLC Kennels. They were very patient with my inexperience for boarding dogs. They are very easy to work with and very helpful with changes in our schedules. They were very clear as to what they expected from me as well.

We left our dog Max with Alaska TLC Kennels. It was our dogs first time being in a kennel. They took excellent care of him. They took time to get to know him and how best to care for him. They also bathed him, he was nice and clean when we picked him up. It is so nice knowing our dog was well cared for.

I wholeheartedly recommend TLC kennels. I was very nervous about kenneling my Masiff as he has rarely in his 5 years of life been away from our family. I called several kennels around The Valley and was very dismayed that most would not even return my call or email. TLC on the other hand was immediately responsive to my email and were exemplary and reassuring me that my baby would be in good hands while I was away. I picked up a happy healthy Mastiff this morning from TLC Kennels. They have earned a life long customer from me. I will definitely, most definitely use them in the future for all of my kenneling needs. Thank you TLC Kennels from me and Giddy Goo ! <3

Our family looooooves these guys. These people are always moving. They are out caring for our pets, so either out in the run with them, or feeding, or cleaning, or grooming. When you call, you'll likely get their voicemail. It's alright though, they all check the voicemail or email in between chores and respond right then. Us, and our dogs are aaaaalways met with enthusiasm. When we were away for a week, they wrote us emails to just let's us know how they were doing. For myself, at least, I appreciated this, a lot, as we were first time Doggie Day Care peeps. When they go overnight or just for the day, our dogs come home wiped out, lol. Which is the main reason we send them there. We decided to try the grooming services they offer this last time. Holy cow, you guys! We've tried 3 other places and no one could do it! And she did it! Like a champ! We are so very impressed with this buisiness as a whole and will continue to do business with them, as well as share our experience. Thank you TLC Kennels! Sincerely, Calin Logan

If you're looking for a groomer, look no further! Mallory is an amazing gentle soul! We actually followed her here from a previous grooming shop. My dog Loves her, and thats saying something, as she really doesn't care for many people! She is always done ahead of schedule and my dogs always look and smell great!

I had an emergency and needed to pick up my dog after hours. I was able to see the care TLC kennels has for their animals even after hours. Soft music was playing in the dark and locked down facilities. Someone lives on site. All in all, great care and attention to details I would never have thought of is taken there. Amazing place, amazing service (to both pets and owners).

The staff are so caring, compassionate and accommodating I would never bring my three dogs anywhere else. They are amazing!!!!

I kennelled my Dane here over the Thankgiving holiday, who was unsocialized as a pup and has come to be dog aggressive over the years. Due to military circumstances I couldn't bring him with me on my short time away for the holiday so I was left with my only option of kennelling him. I was very hesitant but after reading the reviews and speaking with someone at TLC I was confident dog aggression and temperaments would not be an issue they could not handle. He was picked up one week later groomed and comfortable with the staff. I was so relieved and happy to see how clean he was & how comfortable he was with the staff. Not only was he so shiny and soft but his bedding and blanket I had left with him was clean like new. I absolutely recommend TLC kennels! They were so amazing and reassuring. They sent me photos while I was away and took my phone calls and gave my big boy his meds. If for some reason I am away and need to kennel again they will be my go to.

Take my big son there they are great people he loves going in there and getting groomed he's is a malamute and he runs in that door always smells good and looks great when he comes out and then everybody is so nice

I leave my dog at TLC often, as I travel for work a lot. The people are awesome and Tucker loves it there! I would recommend them to anyone!

They did a fantastic job with our husky mix, we did a full bath and have done the day camp. He came back happy and clean.
