Dr. Sept & Faith are very knowledgeable. They give my boys (Joey & Kodi) the very best care ever. Would not go anywhere else.

They amputated my boys left front leg two and a half weeks ago, we just got the staples out, and he's doing great!! They told me it was the most difficult amputation they've ever done!! Thanks Dr. Sept and Faith

1st time patient with my bichon so far so good

Called over a month ago to get my dog In for a spay they were able to get my dog in. I was quoted a certain price range. But when called the day before to verify the time or drop off the owner was very nice and told me the times of drop off and was told a way different price of 400 more dollars then what I was quoted over the phone. I then canceled appointment as I was not expecting that much more then what was quoted. Faith supposed manager called me back and was very nasty to me and proceeded to argue with me. I just simply canceled the appointment as I could not pay the 400 more they were asking. I have never been talked to in such a way by an office. I will definitely not be calling back for any future appointments for my dogs and I highly would not recommend this place to anyone if that’s how they talk to their customers.

We have a Doberman pincher and dr sept chopped her ears and he was very wonderful, very kind and very informative. He assured me Everything would be fine he did an evaluation on her before he did it. We were a little on the late side of getting it done so he recommended a shorter crop. Which I am glad he did because I’ve seen some Dobermans with a higher crop and it kind of has a little droop to it. But she looks amazing and he also informed me how to post them. Hands-down amazing care! Faith went out of her way to make sure that she was able to see my dog in a timely manner. She rescheduled other people that were not emergencies just so my dog was out of pain. They did amazing work. They were very affordable. Would highly recommend to anybody and everybody! I cannot say thank you enough!!!

I wish I could put 0 stars. I am so disappointed with my phone call on 6/11/20 at 3pm. I accidentally called this location trying to get my dogs worming record. I meant to call anchorage. The lady working the desk was extremely rude, so Un-helpful and just yelled the number for the anchorage location and hung up on me. She couldn’t even take one second for me to grab a paper and pen. I will never recommend this place of business. I am still in shock with how I was treated.

I took my 12-week old puppy here for the first time. I have only had him for two weeks so we are obviously still working on training. Dr. Sept was incredibly rude. He didn't greet me or my dog (didn't even say hello), he rushed in and out. My puppy yelped at the second vaccine, and then Dr. Sept proceeded to shove the dewormer in his face immediately after. When my puppy got even more freaked out at that point, Dr. Sept told me my puppy will turn out to be uncontrollable and a "screamer". He also complained that my puppy wouldn't sit after all that. Dr. Sept wouldn't take even a moment to hear me out on how we have been training him. It was my puppy's first time at the vet and they did absolutely nothing to make it a positive experience. I will say the vet techs were friendly, one even apologized for how Dr. Sept spoke to me and called him "crotchety". He basically commanded me to take my puppy to obedience training at once, again not listening to a single word I had to say (and I wasn't saying much). I tried to explain I hadn't seen my puppy yelp like that at home, Dr. Sept's response was "it doesn't matter how good your dog is at home if he can't behave in public". Hmm, kind of hard to take my puppy out in public BEFORE HE IS VACCINATED. It was a truly unpleasant experience. I will not be going back.

So first I write on your webpage to set up an appt. I get a call back at 8:30 at night last week. We talk about setting up an appt for Tuesday September 29. The lady states she will call me back in the morning to schedule that appt. I don’t get a call until the next afternoon asking if I can send her pictures of my dogs injury to her phone to show the dr to make sure she schedules the right appt and would get back in touch with me the same day to let me know times ect and to see if Tuesday would work. Cool awesome no big deal. I get a call this morning of the lady yelling at me for not showing up to the appt this morning. The appt I had no idea I had scheduled Because she didn’t call me back to let me know day and time and also a quote. So in the middle of me apologizing because I didn’t know and never got a phone call back she said whatever and hung up on me in the middle of trying to reschedule something. At this point I’m in shock. So I call back after calming down a minute and processing what happened. I asked to speak the office manager same lady answered and said I am the office manager. I said so I can speak with the owners and she states I am pretty much the owner so I’d deal with her or to go on Facebook to get a response from the Dr as he’s to busy to speak to me. All while yelling and screaming at me. It was a terrible experience. So many people recommended this place and all my family goes there that’s a lot of animals you’re going to lose because of one person. I’m sorry to the dr as I’ve heard he’s absolutely amazing but his staff lady is terrible.

I've taken both of my pups here.. they are great and very straight forward...I greatly appreciate everything they have done for my family

Great Vet that did awesome surgical work on my pup after he was shot in the leg by a neighbor. Dr. Sept did great work and Mrs Faith was awesome at helping to get us in as quickly as possible and my dog is on track to make a great recovery. Dr. Sept was over $2000 less than any other Vet in the area and did great quality work with multiple follow up visits. Thanks Doc.

I called to see if I could find out more info about the puppy I adopted who was seen at this clinic and the guy was very very rude and made it sound that what I had to ask wasn’t important

They took very well of my cat spay and dog neuter. Great prices. Will take any of my 4 legged kids there any time!

What a blessing. My 2 old shepherds needed growths removed. I could not afford it with my vet. I was able to get it done here. Very affordable. Totally recommended...... I will go back. Very helpful

For a little drive of 22 miles from my house, Bering Sea Animal Clinic's service is great. Dr. Bob has a strong clientel, that trusts him with their pets.

Dr. Sept and his staff stepped up on very short notice and took care of our critically ill pet while our regular vet was out-of-town. She received excellent care while at Bering Sea Animal Clinic and all the staff was great to work with. Thank You!

Dr. Bob is great with my dog and very patient with all my concerns. While my cats have always been VCA patients, my in-laws suggested Dr. Bob when we got our first puppy, since he's been their canine vet for a long time. We've now had Ripley for almost a year, and he's taken excellent care of her.

I can't thank Dr. Sept and his techs enough. They treated my two little dogs like their own and for more than half of the cost of their old clinic. I felt entirely comfortable leaving my dogs in their care for dental cleanings and extractions and will definitely be back to see them.

It was an amazing experience going to Dr. Bob and his team. Everyone was so nice and professional. Made us and our dog feel right at home on the first visit. We will for sure be back.
