Good service, polite. Gave good care to my little dog. I am not sure where the bad reviews come from, but they were nothing but kind. Prices are competitive. The vet was great with my dog. The only complaint is the building is kind of a mess, but to be fair, they are remodeling, and it was not dirty, just a little disorganized from construction.

I made an appt and when I went in they said they had no record of it Even if you’re vaccinated they refuse to let you get to know the vet before entrusting your animals with them When I asked questions about this they told me to call the police and hung up on me

Excellent service, very responsive, boarding staff are genuinely kind. Only wish there was pick up of boardings on Sundays though, otherwise no complaint with this business. Highly recommended

I brought my dog Bentley here and the staff is great. I swear I asked for copies of his medical records a million times and they're always happy to help.

I absolutely love Dr. Seymour and Amber!! VCA is responsive, proffesional and caring. When I call in reference to my boys I will get an answer or told they need to be seen. They call and or text asking for follow-ups. I love it!! I will miss VCA when I'm gone. ♥️

We trust these people with what I consider the most non person important thing to me. Have no issues with the front desk or the vets. All are professional and care for your pets as their own.

They got us in last minute and at an awesome price to take care of our pup. The people side of our family was very satisfied with our experience!

Will never take my fur family anywhere else.

MY dog was brought to them after being run over by a truck. I told them to doc the tail, they left my dog a mess. upon returning to them to help change bandages they dislocated my dogs hip. xrays show that it was not dislocated from the accident but from the employees mis handling my baby. they claimed they would help out but did not. they did not offer a total hip replacement even though they broke my dogs hip. My brandy continued to try live life to her fullest but sadly passed away last night. I would tell everyone and anyone never trust your pet in their care. had i been allowed to sit with my dog she wouldn't have been injured. sadly my brandy passed away last night. please do not take your pet here if you value your pet. worst mistake in my dogs health care i ever made. i highly recommend All Creatures Veterinary clinic. They truley have the most compassionate care i have seen bar none. Boo to VCA and their chop shop poor care. Never ever again will i use VCA

My dogs have been patients here for two and a half years. Dr. Seymour is great. The ladies at the counter are great. They call and do follow ups. Even Dr Seymour reaching out means so much. As we know we can't always get direct contact with the vet but it's very comforting. Great clinic!!

My Charlie(kitten)was very sick and they got him in right away, took care of him. Now he's doing great!

I took my newly adopted cat from the shelter there for her first health checkup. Staff were fast, friendly, and were timely. I left feeling satisfied I picked the right place for my cat's health.

My rating is based solely on a phone call or it would be lower. I wanted to make an appointment, as this was one of the two veterinarians recommended to me when I moved to the area, but the receptionist was rude. There aren't a lot of availabilities coming in the next month for my dog to get his one year check up. Which is not a reason for a low rating. But when I asked questions about the office and the staff trying to get a feel for how well we might all work together the receptionist made it clear by her tone and impatiently chosen vocabulary that I was wasting her time. I decided to make my appointment at the other recommended location.

Some background, my cat was previously an outdoor cat. As rough and tough as they come for 15yrs. For the past 4 or 5 years he's been living with my mom here in anchorage and has softened to the idea of being inside 95% of the day. Our first time here was yesterday (01/21) and because of the pandemic they are currently having you bring your pet and park in spots along the building, call thier number to check in and they will come get your pet from you while you wait in the car in your spot. We made the appointment online twice (2nd time had a more detailed survey about your pet) and all was going well, for the phone call confirmation a few days before they even gave a $$ estimate. When we get there we call to check in and give our parking spot number/letter. Whoever is at the front desk sounded kind. However the vet had called not long after with the assessment of the well-being check up to inform me they had already proceeded to do something to my cat before asking permission. It was helpful to my cat but I still wish they contacted me before anything to let me know what was going on. A previous review also stated them not knowing what was going on behind closed doors inside. The vet I spoke with on the phone seemed a little pushy and rude as well. Since I was a first timer they said this visit was about $75 which is fair for a check up I suppose. But after the problem was assessed they hastily made up a plan for medication and a return visit costing over $200. I love my boy to pieses and want to believe these people aren't trying to penny pinch but reading previous reviews it seems like I could be one of those unlucky few if I stay.

Excellent organization that always did a great job with our animals. Very responsive, and always followed up with us afterwards to ensure that our pets were doing ok. Highly recommend !!

Quick services. Low cost for spay and neuter her in Anchorage. Currently booked about 2 months out, so make your appointment quickly. They do require payment in order to book the appointment.

I received excellent info but decided not to make an appointment. My Guinea pig is on her way about ready to cross the rainbow bridge.

Staff is very professional. Girls are sharp and helpful. We take our GSD and Belgian malinois pups only there. I’ve never felt dismissed or ignored by staff or doctors. Highly recommend!

Apparently they don't know the difference between a down payment and a full payment at the front desk. No payment options so its a full payment and not a down payment .....started at 574.10 then a few hours later another 1k plus then 284 to put my little pet down rest in piece lil one your are truly missed

They have an awesome pet care package also they are genuinely concerned about your animals health. Also they follow up with you after procedures to make sure your pet is doing good

Dont risk bringing your pets here! I took my dog in to vca repeatedly. They told me repeatedly that he was fine. They were rude and condescending about my concerns. My dog turned out to have cancer, and by the time they took the signs seriously, it was too late to save him. Their fees are high, especially for exams that are no more than a temp check and some pokes at animal's face. Their focus is on quotas, not animals. Dont bring your beloved pets to this place. It's a corporation, not a place for animal care.

I cannot express enough gratitude to Dr. Schmidt. I had to do the hardest thing by letting my dog go across the rainbow bridge recently, and she gave me the greatest sense of comfort and compassion possible in such a grim situation. The staff was wonderful as well by leading us into the private room, without going through the lobby, into a home-like setting with treats and toys. Dr. Schmidt has cried with me on the phone, hugged me, and held my hand throughout my dog’s cancer diagnosis. She loved him as much as our family did and has become a part of our family as well. I can’t thank her enough for her care, empathy, kindness, love and expertise that helped my dog have a dignified closure surrounded by love. Thank you so much Dr. Schmidt and know we are forever grateful for everything you do! You’re one of a kind and I wouldn’t have trusted anyone else in this situation.

Staff is always attentive and helpful. Doctors that have worked with us are capable and direct. Very comfortable environment. Would recommend the petcare insurance as this is valuable.
