I was told to bring my dog at 7am and when I got there, no one was there to get him. I waited and knocked and rang the doorbell because there were cars outside, no answer. Then no one answered the phones. Complete waste of time and way too early to waste time.

Our dog swallowed a toy he shouldn’t have and the hospital took amazing care of him. They made him comfortable, took X-rays and monitored him all day to give him the card he needed. It’s so scary when your baby is sick and we were at ease with the Smyrna vet team. Luckily our guy is home and resting. We are so grateful! Highly recommend this practice. We loved Kellie and Dr. Griffith!

My cat had an awful diarrhea issue after having his abcessed chin lanced there. He had never had any gastrointestinal problems until staying overnight at SAH. They then charged me for the anti-diarrhea medication....which did not work, so I returned to get relief for my cat. I was given and charged again for a different anti-diarrhea medication, but the problem remained. My cat was so horribly sick and weak that I had no choice but to have him euthanized at a more compassionate animal hospital. He was my baby of 14 years. I am devastated.

I have been bringing my pet Mochi her since she was 8 months and now she is 9 years old. They take really great care of her and they staff are just like family.

Dr. Griffith and the staff were kind, very helpful, and thorough. After evacuating to escape Hurricane Ida, my dog lost a toe nail. They treated the wound, and after the bandage was removed she does not seem bothered by the loss of the nail at all. Thank you to everyone who helped Ellie and I get through this! You all were so nice, and I really appreciate it!

Very helpful vets and staff

I was just picking up some food for my sisters children and everything went very smooth.There was one lady i had a little trouble with.She was wearing a Ga. Bulldog mask and i politely told her that a bird had pooped on her mask and she told me that a bird had pooped on my hat.Very friendly place with very friendly people.ROLL TIDE????

Great veterinary care, I have had several dogs and two cats over the years and they have always been so great. The people here really love animals and are very kind.

Pretty decent, but of course an older facility.The elderly veterinarian is not as friendly nor provides a good introduction for new clients, but the office staff is friendly. You can't go back with your animal like other places I know due to covid_19, but honestly I think it is more of their regulation. The Asian "nurse" was the best with my babies...She was the highlight of the office.

Dr. Griffith and his staff are amazing! We have been taking our cat to see him for years and have recently added a puppy to our family. He treats all of his patients with the upmost care and kindness. If you have any questions about your pet, he makes sure to address all concerns before you leave so you can feel informed about your furbaby's health and safety. The absolute best in animal care. I trust Dr Griffith and his staff implicitly with my babies.

I can never get a same day appointment. Always overbooked. Opens at 7:30 but no doc until 9 and the they tell me to leave my dog and come back at 5:30 and they’re going to be too busy to call. So frustrating when I bring him in with a wound and they don’t know when they’ll be able to see him.

It was not terribly expensive. Good service. I wish they were a little more responsive and vlear on how long they would have anoche (my cat) for instead of having me call back every 2 hours. Other than that it was a decent visit
