First Time Pet owner, so it's important for me to choose a reliable vet. I did my research and selected 5 vet locations to visit. I was originally pleased with this location and how the Tech addressed all my questions and concerns. I provided her with my 9 week old vaccination card, she advised me when the next set was due along with the estimated cost. I called and scheduled an appt later that week. Fast forward: I go to my appointment today, go into the exam room only to be told he was not due for his vaccinations yet. If I can't rely on what the Tech told me then why would I bring my puppy back. As a first time pet owner, I'm leaning on them for accurate information. I don't want to second guess what I'm being told by the professionals. Either way I ran so quickly out the door and decide to go to Austell Animal Hospital which was overall the better choice.

They always take good care of my baby!!! Staff is always prompt and and attentive.

Very responsive to my concerns and staff that have a genuine interest and concern about the fur babies in their care. ????

OMG... The place is awesome. The best staff. My babies had the best care. I recommend them. They know that our pets are family. Thanks to the entire staff.

The first time my puppy came she was a little stand offish and the vet tech made her feel so comfortable in the end Aja was loving all on her. That made me feel good as a paw parent.

Staff is very nice which my dog hate the vet a little less. Very good job grooming and fast prescription fills.

Miss Mattie is seeing a new vet at the clinic as Dr. Kahn has retired. Mattie is now under treatment of Dr. Hooper. I believe my dog will do well. This little dog is all the family I have, so I will watching her treatment closely. Very closely. I do not give out 5 star ratings without good reason. However, I feel Dr. Hooper and staff will earn it in short order. 10-13-2021 Update. I had Mattie in for check-up and shots. We talked about her weight. She needs to drop a few pounds. I do as well. And no the doctor did not talk about my weight, just the dog. Good place to take your dog.

I went to this establishment because the current vet we were going to was not answering my questions related to why my dog needed surgery, they just handed me the estimate and sent me out the door. I came to Powder Springs Animal Clinic hoping for answers and I received so much more. Not only did they thoroughly explain everything to me, they went above and beyond to make sure me and my dog were comfortable, and got all the answers we were looking for and more. instead of treating me like an atm they treated me like the concerned dog mother I am. I can’t express how grateful I am for Dr. Hooper and her team. Will definitely recommend them to anyone with a fur baby!!

My relationship with PowderSprings Animal clinic is about to celebrate 25 years. That should speak volumes as to the care and service they give to their customers. In 25 years we’ve had 8 cats & 7 dogs, a couple we had to say go bye too soon, others were kept comfortable as they aged.

everyone at this clinic really shows how they love and truly care about your pet . the very best people work here and are so sincere and are helpful in the concern for your pets health . really love all of the people at this clinic !!!!!!!

Love having a great local vet close to home! And more, my dog loves going to the vet! She is always so excited to say hello to all the staff. Everyone is friendly and I always leave a check up feeling like I have the information I need to take good care of my baby.

Needed a last minute shot and they were very accommodating. The staff was friendly and informative too.

They are very caring and convenient. Our dog had an issue and we were told to bring her in right away. Our "old" vet couldn't see her for 3 days. We are very pleased with our "new" vet.

I have never had such appreciation for a vets office as I do this one. They bathed my Mejo, who I love dearly, but isn't the most friendly little baby in the world. They took very good care of my newly adopted Princess. I love everyone there. They are kind, gentle, very efficient and do not try to squeeze every penny out of me. So I can get my furbabies quality care at an affordable price. I can't imagine going anywhere else. I do miss Dr. Khan but the new Vets are highly qualified and very caring. Class act place and I adore Charlie.

One of the hardest things you can do as a pet owner is make the decision to lay them to rest. Our family had to make the heart-wrenching decision to do the right thing by our elderly cat today. Powder Springs Animal Clinic made a horrible day as peaceful and wonderful as it could have been. They took the time to talk us through our decision to ensure we left, trusting me made the right one. They were gentle, kind, and never rushed us. They genuinely cared. Thank you to Dr. Hooper and the entire PSAC team for your kindness, patience, and compassion today. You’ve made loyal clients out of us.

I just want to Thank you Guys so much for helping Reign Everytime I need you Guys. I was so Scared and worried when my pup went without peeing all day. I Called them and they got her in , In 30 mins. I didn't Even Realize it would have been that Quick. The MA Justinea is really good and friendly. Thanks Again Guys so much for Helping my Pup Reign. ????????

Dr. Khan has retired and Dr. Hooper seems friendly and caring. Will update more later. Update: two months passed, my respect for Dr. Hooper has grown much more now that I have I chance to observe the way she treats my dogs. What I impress most about her is that she always call me directly about a test result! I have upgraded my rating to 5 stars.

Let me say start this was my first visit with this vet ever. They were nothing but not nice ...I take that back they were AWESOME. My dog had gotten pretty banged up over the weekend and we immediately took her to West side Animal Emergency Clinic. Which was horrible we sat in the car for 3 hours while our dog had a open wound and then to find out the cost to have her fixed was extremely high. Any who.. back to this awesome place who took my dog and fixed her. Everyone at this clinic has been nothing but courteous, friendly and concerned with the getting my dog back to being healthy. On top of that we received in the mail today a WELCOME card and everyone signed it. For me its the little things that make such a big difference. Thank you to the ENTIRE team.

I took my dog there when she had a small tumor on her nose. They put it as this then that. Then they took a sample of the tumor when it was smaller and told me it was sarcoma. Doctor Hooper didn’t even come in to talk to me she sent in another associate to talk to me. She has only been at that practice for about a month and said she had some pro saved up so she took a week off. The only thing I heard was when I called and asked questions. The whole time the tumor on my dogs nose was growing. Finally I took her to another vet and they removed the tumor and saved her as opposed to putting her down which was what they were suggesting. They have no care for our most loved ones just easy outs . Don’t Go!

We took our dog there and spent just under 400 for 2 visits, a day apart from each other for x-rays and bloodwork. Their diagnosis was "digestive issues". After she continued to lose weight, we took her back to her original vet, where the diagnosis came back as terminal stomach cancer. We got pictures of the x-rays from her original vet and it showed her entire stomach was nothing more than cancer. There is absolutely NO WAY they couldn't have seen that she had cancer. The cancer had also spread to her liver and we had to have her put down today. She was in incredible pain for a month longer than she needed to be in. Her original vet said there's now way they couldn't have known she had cancer.
