I wanted to rate best but 2 very disturbing issues arose, There were some good parts, thus 2 rather than 1 the worst, but bad far outweighs good. The day I picked up my German Shepherd puppy she was limping, supposedly from a …

We have taken our dogs to Positive Splash Dog Training on multiple occasions and our dogs love it. Tiffany has always been very responsive when ever we had a question and has always been very flexible with our schedules. One of our dogs is not dog friendly with other and that was not an issue at all for them. Will continue to take our pups here while in Pensacola

We took our 3 year old Boxer for a 2 week training at Positive Splash we asked for 3 things he needs work on 1. Walking and not pulling on leash with distractions ( he pulls to chase squirrels other dogs and people) 2.to recall when off leash 3.Not to run out front door ,they told us they they could do this in 2 weeks they also asked what else to work on I said that is the main areas but if they had time their could work on other stuff ,we picked him up after 2 weeks (without video updates or daily updates unless I requested which they sent a text ) when we picked him up he was excited so they couldn’t show us what he has learned ,we got him home and tried the commands they said he learned ,he didn’t seem to know any of them ,he basically is the same dog we dropped off not only that it does not appear they fed him very good or he had no exercise in 2 weeks he lost all His muscle tone and weight the pictures below is one when I dropped him off the second is the day after we picked him up .We did not agree to pay 1900 for him to come home the exact i took him to a trainer so they could train him then I could keep you with the routine however he had no foundation like Tiffany said . We want a refund for what we paid however they refuse and state I need to complete my payment however they did not follow through with what they told me they would do so I will not follow through either , I gave them the opportunity to give us 7 -1 hour one on one training which they have not responded .We are disappointing and upset we were so excited he was going to training and saved to send him ,so not only did he not get trained like we requested or they said they also caused him to lose weight . Be careful a lot of the reviews say maybe they can potty train but they shouldn’t say they can train a older dog in 2 weeks if they can’t , I believed then when they said they could . 1st picture the day after drop off 2nd picture the morning after I picked him up . I would like to talk to other clients that have had the same issues .Pictures are not posting for some reason . But will keep trying

I came to Positive Splash after my German Shepherd had already went to a different training program. Hase was a very timid, nervous and reactive dog that wouldn’t go near anyone and if anyone got too close to her, she would bare teeth ect. I was so lost as to what to do and so I reached out to Tiffany and her team. In the short amount of time that Hase spent at positive splash, her behavior did a complete 180. She’s still a very cautious dog, HOWEVER not only did they help her become more confident around people, they taught ME how to continue her growth. The day I picked her up I had to go to a meeting and brought Hase with just to see how she would do and after a few treats from coworkers she we letting them pet her and was actually going up to them for more pets. I wouldn’t trust my dog with anyone else. Tiffany and her team are so kind and not to mention PATIENT with every dog they come in contact with. I live over an hour away from them and whenever I need boarding, I plan on using them even though there are multiple places closer to me. As someone who has done different training places for their dog, you can immediately see the love and passion Tiffany and her team have for animals. They are life savers.

I have a deaf American Bulldog named Gracelyn. When I adopted her, she needed basic training, and Positive Splash seemed to be the only location able to work with her. After her first two weeks, she learned some basic commands, and leash walking was a lot easier. A couple of weeks after completing her two week board and train, I learned that she had issues with resource guarding and reactivity. I informed them of the issues, and they were able to take her back for another two weeks. After completing the second two weeks, they demonstrated all the things she had learned and how to react should she have issues with resource guarding. I did have a follow-up with Tiffany, and much of my communication had been with Tori. Anytime I have an issue, I have contacted them, and they have made recommendations to fix or improve the behavior. Although, I do wish they provided more hands-on training with the owners. Whenever I go there, Gracelyn can't wait to get out of the car to see them. She goes in happy and leaves happy.

I reserved a spot for my dog to receive training on a Friday. I received a confirmation text to bring my dog at 10am on Monday. On Monday morning, I drove all over the place back and forth for 20 minutes looking for the address listed on Google but could not find the place. The address does not exist. I called about 3 times and left messages but no one answered. Finally, when I gave up and drove home, I was sent a text message that it was the wrong address (real location in Molino) and that they were not expecting me. The text I received was an auto text and they weren't prepared or alerted that I was coming. I asked for my deposit back and was told that someone would be in touch. Someonoe contacted me a few days later and after a nice phone conversation, I decided to reschedule training. I should have just canceled but my dog really needed the training. In the meantime, while waiting a couple of weeks, I was able to make some success with training on my own. So, I decided to cancel. I gave 24 hours notice, but they refused to refund my deposit. Please be 100% sure up front that you want to do training with them. Cancelling is not an option. They have no integrity when it comes to keeping appointments, refunding deposits, etc. Also, don't book on a Friday. **update** After reading the response below, I will just add that they're liars. The story above is the exact story. I did not cancel the first appointment. I went on a wild goose chase searching for an address that doesn't exist. I didn't do this so I could leave a bad review and make up a false story. I did this because I was trying to deliver my dog for training. Bad reviews are easy to remove. Getting refunded a $200 deposit is not so easy.

Have used them for both training and boarding and we continue to go back. For training we did the 2 week board and train program and our dog learned a lot in such a short time. We will be using them again for our new puppy soon. Like any training program, its important to continue to work with your dog afterwards. As for the boarding, our dogs love it there! Unlike other places we've boarded them, they come home happy and seemed to really enjoy their time there. We highly recommend them!

We boarded our Australian Shepard/poodle Jack at Positive Splash recently and had a great experience. They were very thorough when I brought Jack and asked so many questions about him, his personality, health etc. They were quick to respond when we checked in for updates. It’s great to have someone we can trust when we can’t take Jack on trips with us. He had the best time!

Highly recommend the obedience training. We sent our German Shepherd Ruby and they helped with the obedience training and set a base line for us to continue with. The boarding at this facility is top notch. Always friendly and responsive

We left Sadie our 10 months old Golden retriever for the 3 week training course and have been very surprised at all she learned . We had a few issues ( mostly us ) and Tiffany came to our house within 3 days to help us and Sadie has been wonderful. She will still need us to work with her but with the work and knowledge they taught her she will be great. I want to thank the whole staff for being so attentive to Sadie and our needs . PS we trusted and liked them so much we drove over 40 miles out of our way to board them with them

Rupert (Cardigan Welsh Corgi) has stayed twice at "dog camp" with Positive Splash and had a fantastic time! They are extremely professional, great with the dogs and give him lots of love! I think he's sad to come home, in all honesty. It's very important to me to feel good about the place I'm entrusting my dog. Positive Splash ticks all the boxes and I can enjoy my vacations, knowing that Rupert is safe and having fun.

Tiffany and Tori and their team did wonderful job teaching our pup Charlie basic commands and taking him to public to work on his socialization. Ever since we took him to board and train, we bring him back for boarding whenever we need to leave the town. Charlie absolutely loves their place. When we come pick him up, he is always freshly bathed and has a new toy. They truly deserve 5 out of 5 stars.

WARNING! I’m sharing this traumatic experience so others can be aware of what can take place in a board and train program. We took our two pups (1 1/2 yrs and 10 mths old) for a 3 week in home board and train program in July to Positive Splash (at the time she was located in Milton, FL, she has since moved to an area past Pensacola, FL). We had heard good things about her “in home” program 3 years ago and her fb posts appeared to be wonderful. Our pups had already had group puppy training and the older pup had private training. With the concern of smaller dogs and wildlife in our area we wanted a good recall as well as work thru some other issues that we needed extra help with. A 3 week program was recommended by Tiffany, the owner and that is what we chose. During the 3 weeks we received only positive text messages from Tori, the training manager and never was there any mention of any health issues with our pups. When we went to pick up our pups, the house had a foul odor and we could hear dogs barking/crying in distress. It did not sound like our pups but we discovered it was in fact our pups. The 1 1/2 yr old was carried out to us and we immediately noticed his ribs and hip bones were protruding, his ears were back and he was very lethargic. He urinated when Tori picked him up. When he was set down we discovered a large fluid filled sac hanging from his chest. Tori said that the sac was not there earlier and called Tiffany the owner. Tiffany stated over the phone and via text message that the pup was ok earlier (I’m not sure how an emaciated dog is “OK”). We were in shock and our only thought was to go to the ER vet. We immediately drove to the ER vet and realized the younger pup was also lethargic, had what appeared to be red burns around his lips and his stomach was distended. We decided we would have both pups checked out. Both pups had lost 10% of their body weight in those 3 short weeks (We have vet records with their weight, photos from the weekend before drop off and Ring video from the morning of drop off), they reeked of urine, their white fur was stained brown, and the insides of their paws were raw. The 1 1/2 yr old had fever, his breathing was labored and the very painful fluid filled sac was bruising from an injury (we are unsure what caused the injury). The younger pup had swollen lymph nodes, had pnemonia, had hookworms, scabs on his face and was severely constipated. They both stayed in the ER hospital for almost 2 days and the younger pup had to go back to ER due to complications of the pnemonia. The 1 1/2 yr old walked around crouched as if he was expecting to be hit for awhile after he returned home. My pups are now aggressive towards one another and it appears that the “training” that they were to receive was not fully received. Proof shows in the video. Video provided to us also shows the owner and training manager walking our panting dogs on the hot ground in Milton Florida in July. We reported this incident to SRC Animal Services as well as other legal authorities. We were told there have been other complaints reported, one from an ex employee. Someone removed the capability to leave a review on the company Facebook page after the owner was contacted by the officer. We have sent a certified letter with all ER records, bills, all text messages, as well as before and after pictures to Tiffany, the owner and have not received any response. This incident has been very stressful for both our pups and us humans. We do not know what took place in those 3 weeks and it makes us sick to think what might have happened. Please be careful and do your research before you leave your animals anywhere.

I wouldn’t trust anyone else to watch my pups! We’ve boarded on multiple occasions and have done board and train. My puppies are very anxious/reactive and they treat my dogs with love and kindness. Very professional and helped us loads with obedience training. Here’s a photo of our girls relaxing. :)

Positive Splash is the only place we board our pups when we go out of town. We’ve also done the board and train with our rambunctious puppy and we were very happy. Tiffany and her team are doggie rock stars and our pups know when they are going there and they get very excited. We highly recommend them!

We have used this business several times and have been happy with it. One of our fur babies has anxiety problems but she seems to do well here. We'll definitely use them again.

My 2 year old Border Collie, Devo, learned some basic obedience while spending a week at Positive Splash Dog Training. Now it's up to me to reinforce that training and help him remember. Thanks!

Boarded my 5yr. old walker hound and 1yr. Lab/beagle for training. Tiffany did a great job with them and the in home follow up was extremely helpful. Have recommended them to others and will continue to do so. Will definitely drive the distance from pensacola to milton to have my dogs around this atmosphere when they board.
