They finally returned my call and I missed it. Walked away from the phone for 5 minutes! Called back 20 times in 30 minutes and mailbox is full!

They do not answer the phone or return calls. I have attempted to contact them a number of time with ZERO success. Extremely disappointed in the service (which was none) the I received. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

What a great group of people who do so much on limited funds. Did not find the perfect buddy yet for our older dog. Will be volunteering to help out. Wish we could do more.

Both my dogs were spayed here and it was a wonderful experience. They took good care of my babies, friendly and professional, not to mention the price fits. Highly recommend

Lovely shelter alot of pets up for adoptions, members there try their best to answer anu questions about the animals and are really friendly, so go adopt your forever pet

Worst ever, came down for vacation and we were driving through a tropical storm, flooded roads and found a small kitten (no larger than my hand) almost drowned at a heavly flooded intersection. Thought we would go out of our way to help the little one. They treated me terribly, refused to take the baby. Said they would call the law if if left it. Then had to drive further out of my way after being on the road since 4am to take it to another rescue. Thanks for all the help trying to save a kitten. I thought thats what the humane society's mission was!

It's a smaller shelter, but the people are great and you can tell they care about the animals immensely. All the animals were very comfortable with strangers, which tells me that they are being socialized and cared for well

Dog play area full of dirt...based on the 2 dogs that we looked at, it seems they dont take them out much.

They really care for the animals. I have 5 dogs and feeding them hasn't been easy since covid-19. They are always ready to help with pet food donations. I really appreciate that at this time.

Completely non-responsive. Fill out an online form. No response. Call and leave a message. No call back. On the off-chance you connect with an actual person, they take a message. And the loop continues. With customer service this poor, PHS clearly doesn't need supporters (or donors).
