The staff was absolutely wonderful. I happen to run across them on the internet and could not have asked for a better facility it was quick right to the proponents and now my eye baby is all better

We went to Megan's landing based off a recommendation from a friend. They were so sweet. Our dog had to get a few vaccines and she made her feel very comfortable. They also offer a military discount which is nice. I would highly recommend!

Our British Labrador Retriever needed an evaluation due to a UTI flareup. I got an appointment the next day and she was handled gently and in a caring fashion by staff and Dr. - Thx!

A little over 15 years ago we were searching for a new veterinarian after our previous vet sold his practice and moved away. We were not happy with the service or pricing of the new owner so we went in search of a new vet. We found Dr. Regina Case-Rupert's veterinary clinic, Megan's Landing, while it was still under construction. We stopped to chat with Dr. Case-Rupert and we were immediately impressed. Her love for the animals she ministers to was readily apparent. She has provided top-notch, loving care for all of our animals over the past 15 years. Although vet bills can be expensive, we believe Dr. Case-Rupert tries to keep them reasonable while still keeping the lights on.

This was the initial visit for our teacup Yorkie. The first positive item that I was impressed with was their office was well staffed. These personnel were extremely polite and immediately began a personal relationship with Bella. Shortly afterwards we were taken to a room and the assistant and veterinarian performed a thorough exam. The treatment Bella was provided was very professional. I now consider Megan’s Landing my pets veterinarian due to the love, knowledge and caring attitude displayed. They also called the next day just to check how Bella was feeling. Awesome!!

Megan's Landing veterinary employees always go above and beyond to help our beloved elder cat when he is ill.

Come to find out the doctor treating my dog was not prescribing enough of the correct meds to my pet to get them well, then charging me additional visits (cause meds not working)and prescribing more meds that were not helping. My poor dog in the meantime is suffering from a severe bacterial infection that’s not getting better! You all should be ashamed of your greedy uncaring selves

The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They love our furbabies so much and it shows. They are reasonably priced and simply. Awesome

Great place they treat your pet like a family member

Took our family dog of 13 years here to be euthanized. I was devastated and a complete mess and they took care of us very well. Comforted us and were very compassionate and patient as we said goodbye to our baby boy chief.

I moved 45 minutes away but still go here for all of my pet care needs. Love them!

Best vet we have had

I took my Shepard in there to get looked at having problems walking was told she needed X-rays they quoted me 140 for sedation an X-ray I showed up today to have it done was told it would be 365 and the vet wasn’t there to discuss why the price went up would not recommend going here for any reason they don’t care about the animal just the money

Our first visit with our 7 week old puppy. The staff was exceptionally professional and kind and caring. We look forward to many more visits as our puppy grows up.

They take amazing care of our special foster kitten, Momiji, who was found at 8 weeks old after being shot in the spine with a BB. They truly care about her well being and recognize that she has a wonderful quality of life and will to live despite being paraplegic.

It's a shame that all these 5 star people don't actually know the truth about these shady people. All the way down to the "hospital manager" throwing FALSE charges to xemployees and the doctor following suit. I was there and heard with my own ears lies to a client about how their dog passed while under having a procedure done. Yeah not the vet you think it is. ????

Bad experience with a vet tech of theirs in 2017/2018. Last week, I offered them an opportunity to help me get a flea prescription for my cat in a pinch, and initially they seemed helpful and accommodating. When I confirmed with them, and they mentioned their immunocompromised employee, I offered to provide a mask for my cat as the CDC states that animals can carry and spread covid-19. They then stated that they were cancelling my appointment and that management thinks I should go somewhere else, 1 day before my appointment. This is just mildly inconvenient as I took off work for this, and would've appreciated and understood if they had just said they couldn't help me at all when I booked 1 week ago. Perhaps I'm an outlier in terms of reviews, but this office has done nothing but give me problems and fall through on promises.

Megan's Landing Veterinary Clinic is by far the best veterinarian office I've ever used. The staff is kind, friendly and put your pet's needs first. Dr. Case is wonderfully compassionate and you know she cares.

We love everything about this clinic!!!!! We have had nothing but exceptional service for both of our dogs and my mothers two dogs while she was here for an extended vacation. One has diabetes and we learned more in the two months she went to Megan's Landing than her previous vet taught her about it in the year since she was diagnosed. We also have two rescues, one of which is shy, and pre-COVID we would visit regularly even when we didn't have a check-up to socialize her with the staff. They are AMAZING!!!! We mention to all of our friends how great our experiences have been and recommend at every chance. If you are looking for a vet clinic in Pensacola, Megan's Landing is the best!

They are always caring and gentle with my dog Roxy. Roxy does not get nervous when they come to get her because they are so loving towards her. The doctors are wonderful and very informative about her visit. Love this place and definitely recommend it.
