Dr. Burnett is the best. love this vet wouldn't take my pets anywhere else

Don’t go here if you want to pay a lot of money for your sick animal to just die from a common infection because of the lack of knowledge these people have.

As I was looking for a new veterinarian to bring my pets to, as I have 1 dog and 3 cats I decided to read the reviews. I understand pet owners can be upset at the loss of a pet, but the response to Anthony’s review was hateful and disgusting. I would never bring my pets into a hatful and hostile environment. I bet they won’t call us garbage to our faces. And guess what.. I have a life and a hobby and you would never be my veterinarian.

My dog's tumor was bleeding .The doctor was able to get it to stop I highly recommend Brentwood Animal Hospital for all your pet's needs.

They were very considerate of helping with us pick a crematory for our dog that suddenly passed.

They have always taken our pets health very seriously. Our three chihuahuas Princess, Peanut,and Sugar love to go to Brentwood. Our babies are very healthy because of the staff. Our babies don’t even need muzzles when they get shots or nail trims.

I called in refills on my dog's medications.The meds were in a bag waiting for me when I arrived.Everyone at Brentwood Animal Hospital is very efficient.The 2 veterinarians are awesome.

Took my two cats for a surgery that was scheduled months in advance. Got to the vet on day of drop off for surgery, walked in, filled out necessary paperwork, cats were taken to back, then was informed surgery could not proceed as the surgeon was not in office that day. No “im sorry for the scheduling error” by the staff. Was told that they could complete surgery next day. Agreed to have surgery completed next day as it needed to still be completed. Rearranged my schedule and had a friend pick up the cats. Was assured that I would receive a phone call after surgery to inform me of how surgery went, no phone call was made. Tried to call and get an update no answer. Tried to send emails, they were undeliverable. Called at opening for update and was informed the cats were doing well but apologies for lack of communication. I drove from mobile because I read good reviews and had previous good encounters with the Dr. But based on this experience, I would not recommend them. Dr was great, but staff… terrible.

Dr. Burnett is the Dr. Jeff of Pensacola. He truly loves the fur babies.

Dr. Burnett was recommended by a neighbor who takes his beloved cats to Brentwood Animal Hospital. As I was looking to change vet hospitals, I decided to go with my dog and meet Dr. Burnett myself. I'm so glad I did!! The receptionist and techs were very caring and professional, and Dr. Burnett was wonderful!! He listened and was very gentle with my rescue Pointer who is fearful of men. I have found my new vet!! ????

Reasonable prices and staff is great. Always pleasant. The doctor has really our dog feeling better with her allergies..

The staff was so kind to my dog when I brought her in what I assumed maybe her last day with us. Dr Burnett was able to quickly diagnose what was wrong and after treatment, and an injection, I was able to take her home. I already see my fur baby feeling better. Dr. Burnett has been our vet for about 15 yesrs, and we have always been happy with his care for our dogs and with his bedside manner.

They were very caring and quickly got me in to the office and then into a room. I didn’t wait but just a few minutes and they came in and took my baby back for tests and X-ray. He got the needed medications and we were out in less than an hour. They showed great care and love to my boy.

He was sentenced to 152 I like McDonald it was very nice and I like the prices they have nice place to take your children

I took my two babies in to have them declawed and the staff was very friendly and very warming. If anybody's looking to have their older animals declawed this is the place to go. Before handing them back to me they made sure that their wounds were healed and they took very good care of them.
