It was great. I brought my dog who isn't the friendliest and he was super chill because it wasn't a stressful environment at all. And no one asked to pet him which was really nice and i appreciated. I needed a single cricket for my spider and they were running low but gave me a single one anyway. They were really nice and asked me about my spider while grabbing a cricket. And they even let me use my reusable cricket container so i didn't have to waste a plastic bag.

This location has gotten to where they never have the fancy feast gravy cat food in stock anymore. I started ordering from Chewy now.

Petsmart Grooming is my goto place for dog care. Misty is wonderful and Harley an't wait to go get groomed. She is the best we have ever had.

Loved their customer service and their grooming! My pups were not terrified or traumatized when I picked them up so I know they showed the utmost care with them. Definitely recommend!

Ms. Dawn is FANTASTIC! She’s great with my senior baby, Carter. He always leaves happy and looking great.

The grooming salon staff is not friendly. Dropped my dog off at this location because the Fayetteville location was booked. The staff was late for a 8am appointment and did not even say good morning to the customers waiting. Asked is she could trim my dog's face. All she could tell me was what she could not do. When I picked my dog up she indicated that she could not trim or grind my dogs nails because he would not be still. My puppy has been going to the Fayetteville location for baths and nail trimming with no issues. I complained to corporate regarding my experience so I am sure that is my she did not trim his nails. I will NEVER frequent this location. When I picked my puppy up he had an accident in the car, which has never happened before. A very bad experience.

Having insurance here is a waste of money!

The grooming services is the worst. Rude persons with bad behavior. It is look like jail services. Pet smart must check personal back ground on costumer service. I choose because I am really close but I afraid about ways my time with this ugly persons

Training sessions are great! My dog is learning soo much and much better behaved!

This is very sad and unpleasant I have been in many pet smarts and this is unsat I saw Betta fish with algae in there tubs and a betta covered in fungus cause it was dead so long in its tub.

Nice store, didn't have very many animals to look at.

They sold me a sick guinea pig I took her back to pet Smart they told us she was receiving treatment ???? after 3 weeks or so we went back to get her the next day she had pus in her eyes again we took her to the vet she passed away now I'm buying an urn⚱ damn you pet smart now my daughter is sad ???? ???? ????

Staff is always available and store is always clean. Sometimes products are not available and no idea when they will be back in stock. The area for pets out front needs to be looked after better. Too often there are no waste bags, so folks do not clean up. Again, clean and we'll staffed. They need a system to let them know when products will be restocked. But, I'm sure that is a corporate thing.

An $85 dollar grooming visit turned into a $350 vet bill!!! The groomer used dull or hot clippers which caused a painful infection on my dogs private area. Don’t take your dog there

No other Petsmart had a Turtle Loft. I had to drive a hour but my turtles are happy.
