So impressed every time I go to these guys. Great with dogs and great with people.

Midbay Veterinary Hospital embraced our sweet Zoey as if she were their own old puppy. She was in an unfortunate accident, and we rushed her there minutes before they closed. They accepted her and performed an emergency life-saving surgery on our 14-year-old dog. I will never forget the words Dr. Chapman said, “If she will fight then I will fight for her.” Our dog was a spunky, little fighter and the wonderful doctors and staff supported her with love and excellent care all along the way. Because of their expertise, we had 24 more sweet days with our beloved Zoey. Midbay Veterinary Hospital was just as supportive in those last moments (and after), and we are forever grateful to them.

Love love love them. Being taking our lab who is 12 there since 2017. As the dog has gotten older she is not as friendly and they are amazing with her. Also they give us great options for treatment, and urgent appointments when we needed that on a rare event. They are exactly what our family looks for in a vet. We’ve had labs and lab mixes for almost 15 years.

I've finally found my vet. I've taken dogs to 4 different vets in the area but Midbay in my opinion is just the best. We've been there several times and the environment is clean, there's little wait time, the Vets are so easy to talk with and they use excellent diagnosis processes. Very knowledgeable. Onsite equipment is great. Lab work (blood testing, x-rays, ultrasound) done during visit and with very little wait time. The bill was much less than expected. The vet techs were personable, caring, knowledgeable. So happy I found them and they're 5 minutes from home. But I'd drive from the other side of the Emerald Coast to see these folks. HIghly recommend.

Helpful vet, good vet tech, but the other veterinary technicians were very condescending and rude towards patrons when they believed they were out of ear shot. They called and gave a referral the next day and made our dog's medical issue comfortable despite the seriousness. Alright, updating a year later. If we wouldn't have taken our other dog to the emergency vet after coming here, we were considering putting our dog down. Definitely going to change our primary vet. None of the people working the front desk have a hint of empathy. If someone calls about their dog falling and having a bone exposed, you don't laugh about it, especially not in the waiting room.

Wonderful, caring, compassionate staff! I have a fearful chihuahua puppy, with an abusive past, who will not hesitate to bite when he feels threatened (which is often, he's a chihuahua ????‍♀️). Midbay has seen a lot of him over the past few months, due to a broken leg which required regular bandage changes. During this process, my pup was uncooperative, to say the least. Every single staff member was patient with him, moving slowly and making huge efforts to win his trust and help him feel comfortable. When we were there last week, for his neuter, he had progressed to the point where he took treats from the surgery tech and let her pet him. They have been so gentle and compassionate with him. I recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a vet.

The staff are wonderful and caring. They were extremely kind and comforting to us when we very suddenly had to put our cat down due to cancer. 100% would recommend this animal hospital if you are in the area. We will continue to come here for our other animals.

Fourth vet we went to for emergency help with our dog. Great service. Answered questions when I called back and checked in with us a week later. Happy to have found Dr Ham.

I think it’s important to start off by saying I’m actually an out of state customer. Mid Bay Vet was our vet for 6 years before moving and we recently found ourselves needing a major abdominal surgery for our German Shepherd so we came back. We just picked up our fur baby from their operation and having to stay over night. Special thanks to Stephanie, who was amazing with communication via text and sending pictures of our Shepherd for some extra reassurance as she recovered. Mid Bays prices were also fair and realistic for the surgery. Many thanks everyone!!

We will not be using this place no more!! All because of a bag of food. They would not fax a prescription to another place. ( they didn't have the food and don't know when they'll get it in) no stars from me. We had used them for years.

They take such great care of our pitbull puppy. They're extremely knowledgeable and kind. They even had a treasure chest that my 3 yo was able to take toys from. Definitely recommend them!

My Taz is not a very good patient but the staff there are wonderful and make her feel at ez. Very professional, kind, fair pricing. Trust them with my little girl.

Pet owners beware! This vet will quote you a price and and chen upcharge you significantly, holding your pet hostage. When you call them on their dishonesty, they essentially tell you "Tough s#!t." Poor customer service, dishonest actions, and bad attitudes.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Dr. Chapman, Brooke, the Vet Tech, and the entire staff made a difficult visit a little easier today. My 14-year-old Chihuahua is injured and Dr. Chapman's knowledge and compassion and Brooke's friendliness and compassion are by far the best I've ever experienced. I cannot say enough good things about them. If you're looking for a Vet for your furbaby, look no further! Thank you, Dr. Chapman, Brooke and staff for everything you did for Lucky today.

Both the doctors at this practice are kind, compassionate, and dedicated to the pets in our lives.I would trust no one but them or someone they recommend with my 3 pets.I love this place and my pets do too

This place is awful. I’m new in town and my sweet Buddy dog needed to be put down immediately. These dummies tell me they can give me an appointment in 7 weeks.

The staff is very nice and helpful however when I called the young lady I spoke to was totally wrong on a lot of stuff from the pricing to the procedure . She quoted me a price and even had the doctor supposedly quote the same price however when I went in the price was way over what she had said and the procedure would have to wait till another appointment . The staff was very apologetic and was very caring to my dog and me. I would definitely recommend them just be sure to get all your info at the appointment and not over the phone.

Dr. Chapman is great! I completely trust her with both my little weenie dog and schnauzer. Always stocked when I need a refill on Weenies heart medication. Great team work!

I love this Vet. I have been going here for several years now. They are so caring, gentle, and professional. I am currently out of state and needed my pet's records. I received an email within an hour of calling. Midbay consistently goes above and beyond my expectations.

Nurses and Vet were absolutely fabulous. At my previous vet my 100 lb Shepherd was deemed too aggressive to treat without sedating him first. Not here. They were experts and knew exactly how to handle him. We finally had a pleasurable vet visit with the least amount of stress to me and my pup. Big thanks!

They are always so flexible and helpful when my dogs are in need. Dr. Hamm has been wonderful with all of my pups, and they always are willing to squeeze us in in an emergency. They've saved me many trips to the emergency vet, can't say enough good things about them!

I called for a new patient appointment and was told the earliest appointment was over 4 weeks away. Not a good way to get new patients. I have 5 dogs and heard the vets and staff are great. Not impressed!
