We have a Pekingnese that had a scrated eye. Another vet said it was allergy and gave her a shot an sent her home we kept noticing that she was having a problem with her eye. We called BWB veterinary hospital the vet had us bring her in. He did a blacklight test and found the tear using state of the art system stem cell research and cured her. They are now our full time veterinary team. We have two dogs and they treat the with the best care and patience.

Dr. Jason Harris literally saved our 13 year old Shiba Inu's life this week when he diagnosed her with a very diseased gallbladder with the use of ultrasound. He referred us to a specialist in Tallahassee and she was in surgery the next day. We have our dog today because of the diligent and thorough diagnostic procedures by Dr. Harris. We are appreciative beyond words.

After dealing with the same caustic rude associate at their office ,her repetitive curtness help make up my mind to LEAVE them today, and go to my previous vet clinic in Fort Walton Beach, Fl.

Dr. Harris and his team are fantastic, we hope to be an ongoing client of theirs moving forward. We had not yet found a new vet since recently moving from fwb to niceville, our cats are usually traumatized when they are in a car so we were hoping to find something closer to home. Unfortunately our kitty of 12 years had started to lose weight rapidly and so we began desperately searching for a nearby vet who could see us quickly. The other vets in town showed zero empathy and instead tried to make us feel guilty (just what we needed) and that they would not take any new clients. Bluewater Bay Animal hospital was the only other vet in town we had not called and they were thankfully willing to see if they could squeeze us in. Unfortunately the prognosis was not good, but Dr. Harris was very helpful in educating us as to what our options were and helped us in making the best decision. We were heartbroken but the kindness and compassion of the team at BWB Animal Hospital made the experience as good as it could be. Thank you Dr. Harris and everyone at BWB Animal Hospital, best vet I’ve ever been to, hands down.

My dog hadn't walked in almost 2 days. They saw my dog super last minute. Most other vets aren't even taking new patients. They called me after they stated they would talk to the doctors to try and fit me in. They helped me get her in and out the car and gave me medicine and she can walk now to help with pain. Thank you staff for your quick response and effort. Thank you Dr. Harris for your time and guidance.

Very professional and totally concerned for my dogs health. I would absolutely recommend all my friends to take their pets to them!

Took my bulldog in after he had an episode and they got me in even though I just showed up and did not make an appointment I was very impressed with that seeing how they are by appointment only right now because of the covid I then had to bring him back and forth everyday because they found that he had pneumonia and needed IV antibiotics to clear it up they were very thorough and professional but also the right amount of bedside manner for my little man because if you've got a pet you already know they are family just as much as any human is and they definitely treat your pets the same way I would definitely recommend anyone going there they will take care of any pet just like it was one of their own and for that they will always have my business so a big shout out and a huge thank you for taking care of my little buddy

My pup had an amazing experience when getting spayed here. We’ve seen Dr Harris since she was a baby, but this service was above and beyond. He let me come into the room to administer anesthesia to keep her calm, and the incision site healed great and quick! It made me so relieved! The only thing I knocked a star down for was sometimes communication can be an issue. But not as of late. In my early stages of being a puppy mom, I definitely called with a ton of questions and sometimes I had to call back if I didn’t hear for a while. Lately it’s been much better though and I’ve had a good experience especially with questions regarding her spay

Dr. Harris is the best vet I have found, not only does he care about the animals but he is very kind and caring to the pet parents.

These are some truly amazing people. They were kind and compassionate when my kitty needed help. He had a multiple day stay and I was given daily updates on his well being as well as the promise that I could call anytime I wanted an update. I will forever trust them with my animal. Could not be more thankful for the great team of people here!

It's new Years Eve and my poor poodle, Camo, had a double ear infection and was miserable. The staff and vet were so busy and booked up, but they squeezed me to attend to him. They made me feel important and did not dismiss me. I love this place and Camo loves everyone there as well, giving kisses to all. Thanks for making the start of 2021 a happy and positive one.
