We are new to the area and needed a groomer for our 12 year old Shih Tzu. When I dropped her off I was told it would be three hours for pick up. I was not real comfortable with that but understood that was typical. When I called after three hours I was told it would be two more hours until she will be ready. I just feel that that is a little excessive. When I picked her up I was not happy with her cut. Her face still had long hair on it. No way was I going to hand her back and have it fixed. I am choosing not to go back.

First off as I watched the groomers while waiting in line to pick up my Aussie it seemed like they didn’t even like the dogs they were working on. They were pushing them around just trying to get the cut done and did not care that the dogs seemed very scared. Secondly, my dog looks like she wasn’t even brushed there is hair falling off of her and a noticeable knot in her hair next to her ear… post groom. We won’t be returning.

My dog, Gidieon, loves this place and so do I. They are friendly and attentive to what I want for Gidieon. Always easy with him.

We are from out of town. I'm diligent about keeping up with my dog's grooming. I booked a grooming appointment a few weeks before we left home based on the positive reviews for this business. He had his appointment today and we are thrilled with how wonderful he turned out! They listened to how we preferred to have him done, and he looks even better than we anticipated. We highly recommend Navarre Beach Pet Resort and will visit again when back in Navarre.

I LOVE this place! My Isabella loves it too and will leap out of the car to run to the door for her grooming session. The staff is friendly and the prices are great! They always do a wonderful job making my poofball look like a cutie again! Joey is our personal favorite! I have also used the boarding-it's fabulous too!

Did an awful job on my baby... only young folks operating that didn't care about animals. She was there over 5 hours don't think they even gave her any water the entire time there. Never again will I use this place...

Staying in Navarre for the month of April and couldn’t get our dogs to the groomer before leaving Chattanooga, TN. We’re referred here by a guest at the campground we are staying. Called and got an appointment the next morning and our two boys looked great. Thank you for the professional job! Would definitely always use them if it wasn’t an 8 hour drive from home.

I took my golden there yesterday for the first time and he loved it - he came out happy and wagging his tail! Very professional, friendly and very nice people. Highly recommended, we will be using them again.

I got the cut I asked for with very minor imperfections. I boarded my dog here. He seemed content when I picked him up. I paid for extra playtime. I received mixed communication about what that meant. Staff couldn't answer questions about my dogs behavior while in their care. I asked if he had accident in kennel and if he barked while kennel. I would have liked to been given a tour and been able to see my pup on camera. Also I think some of his medication may have missed dosing? I counted pills before and after and it seemed like there may have been pills remaining than would have been if had been given dosing according to instructions left. But overall good experience.

I took my Wheaten terrier there for a groom. I told the groomer to only cut half her hair off and when I picked her up they cut all her hair off.

They are friendly and do a great job on our 3 girls! Excellent service and they are great with getting you in !

Our pups always LOVE coming here. They get excited when pulling into the parking lot. Navarre Pet Resort really takes care of your fur babies. Will continue to use them as long as they are here! Highly recommend

The folks at Navarre Beach Pet Resort are wonderful! Not only have I had a good experience boarding my dog Max here in the past, but recently he dug a hole under the fence and got out and was lost for a couple days. Turns out he had wandered back to the Navarre Beach Pet Resort and they kept him safe and sound until I found him through a Lost & Found Pets group on Facebook! They refused to take payment or a reward and returned him to me bathed and groom. The kids had been playing with him the whole time he was there too. I'm really just speechless at the love and kindness they showed Max and me.

Excellent customer service & reasonable cost. My 3 yr old pitbull is particular about where I take him (and especially leave him and he LOVED Navarre Beach Pet Resort. His coat is all soft and shinny. I can tell they took great care of him. Will definitely be back.

Good price and good job

Do not under any circumstances use this place. They are completely incompetent. We've had a reservation to drop off our dog for the last couple of weeks. Then we get a call this morning, day of drop off, that says he needs to have Boarding Shots. Obviously, now we're in a panic because we're leaving town tomorrow (early). So, we've called every Vet we've found on Google, and surprise, nobody has any openings for shots until mid-December. I've reluctantly used them in the past because they are cheap. Beware... you get what you pay for. Their service is anything but friendly. The last time I went to pick up my dog, I rang the bell several times and waited in the lobby for 20 minutes before somebody came to ask if they could help. In this instance, we're asking friends if they can watch our dog for the weekend. Otherwise, we get to tell our kids that we won't be taking our little trip as planned. That should be fun to explain to our 4 year old (who LOVES hotels).

Waited six hours for my Australian Shepherd and German Shepherd to be groomed. Came in at the time they said they would be done with them after I called to check on them and they still weren't done when we came in, as they rushed to finish on my Australian. Also, I said multiple times to please not shave my dogs or any part of them. After arriving home, I discovered the whole area behind my Australian's right ear is shaved and I can see the skin in one spot He gets matts on the back of his ears, but previous groomers (we are new to the area) have been able to brush them out. Our poor Aussie has been rubbing his head on the carpet since we got home. The staff was very nice but the grooming service was very low quality. Very disappointed.

Took my sweet boy Bailey here today to be groomed, I have to say I’m very pleased with the whole experience...very nice people and Bailey looks and smells great! Thank you guys, we’ll be back, I’m sure!

Walked in for a quick nail trim for my dog with no appointment.. Was greeted right away and taken care of quickly, even on a Saturday..will def take my dog back for future visits.

We read the reviews on this place and figured to try them out but was extremely disappointed. We were told over the phone the rate and that they do play time and will give any meds as needed. We assumed that was included in the price and it was not. That wasn't the issue. We dropped him off there for 4 days. When we picked up our pup and was playing with him we noticed he had three large cuts across his back. As if he got into a fight and another swiped his back.We also noticed that has was washed recently. We were never told that anything happened. Only that he was well behaved. Just be warned because they did not communicate to us what happened to him.

They did a nice grooming on our dog and he hasn't gone stinky yet. So good job

We were impressed with the staff here. Our dogs had their nails clipped while we were staying in the area. We will definitely use them again when in town.
