They take such good care of our fur babies. We love this place.

Wonderful experience, my pom was attached by a momma bear last night trying to protect her cubs. They got her right in and taken care of.

We decided to check out Navarre Animal Hospital because it was closer to our home and we are very happy with our decision. The staff is very friendly and professional and on our first visit here our dogs medication was changed and she is doing so much better. We recently adopted a cat and I’ll be making an appt for her soon.

We stopped by with our dog when visiting our friends in Navarre. We got helped quickly and the entire staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great experience!

I love having such a wonderful clinic so close to home. Everyone who works there is very caring. I never doubt that my dog is receiving the best treatment.

They are great there. We took our cat to them after a horrible experience with Emerald coast vet in ft walton, our 22 pound cat dropped to 8 pounds. Navarre Amimal hospital actually did an xray and found a large tumor in his throat. He has gained back up to 11 pounds and is getting a shot every 3 weeks for the tumor. We have kept him alive for 4 additional months. He still has the tumor but his quality of life is better. They are honest and very caring. I would recommend them to anyone.

We called before taking our dog to the veterinarian office. Our old vet retired so we thought we’d try to save some money .We asked specifically if they provide a service repair a Cherry eye they said yes. They’ve then allowed us to come in and talk to The vet talked us into doing bloodwork charge us an office visit etc. They then called to say they cannot do the surgery. When I called back to ask for a refund of the office visit they did not return my calls bad business beware!

Top notch care and a truly pet loving environment at this facility. We have been bringing our pets here for 5+ years now and can always rely on them for excellence every time. I brought my dog in this morning with an eye injury, he didn't evem have an appointment and they took him right in anyways. The vet was quick to assess the situation and set us up with follow on care with an ophthalmologist. Highly recommended them and will continue to bring our pets here for all of their care.

They were extremely helpful when I was watching and older pet for a relative. I live an hour away and they worked hard to limit the times I actually had to drive to their clinic by advising me over the phone and calling prescriptions into a pharmacy by my house. At one point I showed up the minute they opened with an emergency and they helped me immediately even though they were short staffed that day. I'd highly recommend Navarre Animal Hospital to anyone with a pet that they love, as they provided compassionate professional care in a stressful time.

They take care of my old lady better than I could ask. Despite all the covid stuff happening they are still great to deal with. They are working hard to be sure your pets are taken care of while still taking care of their employees. *Update* Will 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a veterinarian in the area. They helped us make the toughest decision about our baby a little bit easier. They went above and beyond during the unbelievably hard and personal moment and I will forever be greatful to this place. You took wonderful care of my sweet old lady all the way up to the end.

Showed for appointment and was not informed of curbside only until at the door with my pet. I took the extra precautions- even though we are in phase 3 of pandemic- having mask on but no matter to them. I believe in safety just as much as most but this group takes it to another level of weird. I chose for my animals sake not to have my pet seen here. Well wishes to all

Aside from the fact they can be pricy, they have always taken very good care of my doggo. They’re very honest about what’s going on and incredibly friendly and sweet to the animals in the process. I have never felt out of place and my dog loves going there and socializing with everyone. They make both her and me feel very comfortable and i would definitely recommend.

This place has always been open and honest with us about our pets health conditions. They don't try to push unnecessary procedures or make empty promises.

We have been taking our pets here since we moved to Navarre. They have always been very friendly and have always helped our dogs. Prices seem to be reasonably priced and they also accept Care Credit so that always helps.

I have taken my dogs to every vet in the area, some I felt were a little cold, some I felt were a little shady, and some just had conflicts in ideology that they pressed harder than I feel a company providing you a service should ever do. I have never had this issue at Navarre Animal Hospital. Dr Gina Bauman is without a doubt the best vet I have ever had, and if I ever need to move she will have some pretty amazingly huge shoes to fill. She is so kind and you can tell without question she loves the animals she is treating, I trust her opinion and professionalism for my dogs; which I probably treat entirely too much like people. I have had mixed experiences with the front desk, on more than one occasion a particular individual has been short, rude, and annoyed by me asking questions about procedures for my dog. I do feel like the owners need to make sure their front desk staff understands they are there for customer service and the people they speak to are worried about their pets, a little compassion and professionalism training might be necessary, but giving Dr Gina anything less than a 5 star review is just not acceptable. Meet with her before going anywhere else in the area.

Moved from the St Louis area and needed to find a new veterinarian. Took my 3 year old baby girl in for stomach problems and dropped off a fecal sample. Their policy is no call back if everything is normal. I told them I wanted a callbk because I was worried about her and needed to know the next step if it was negative. Wasn't sure how long it took so waited over a week and then called and was told they had no record of a fecal sample on her. I was upset and she apologized and said the good news is that I was not charged. I told her they would lose customers like me. I went to St Francis in Navarre and what a difference. They were wonderful, called the next day to go over results. Needless to say, this office and staff are on top of things. Beware if this place.

Love this hospital! First time there and everyone was super professional. We just switched from another Vet and so glad we did! Our rescue Smokie is our baby, and we received the best care possible! Thank you! So happy to be apart of this family!
