Even though it was our first time the staff were very accommodating and treated us like long time patrons. It was clear that they enjoy what they do and making a difference!

My Mabel just loves Taylor Crossing Animal Hospital. She is a high spirited 7 month old puppy. She is a lot to handle and they still love her and she loves it there. I travel a lot so she has already boarded there several times in her young life and every time, she loves it. I have had other dogs and they hated boarding at the vet I used to go to. It was traumatic for them. I’m glad I found Taylor Crossing Animal Hospital for my Mabel.

I love everything about Taylor Crossing Veterinarian Clinic! Their staff is friendly and their Vets are the best. I’ve also started taking my puppy to daycare and he loves it.

I have a new puppy and have not raised a puppy since 1986. Wellness health, products, and puppy care has changed. Dr. Nelson helped me get a great start with Berkeley our new puppy. Her advice on feeding, training, and wellness plan gave me the confidence I need to make the best decisions for Berkeley. I would recommend anyone who has a new puppy and wants a caring staff to choose Taylor Crossing.

We absolutely love Taylor Road Animal Hospital!!! I have sweet old babies, one cannot hear one is on medication, and they both hobble around like old men… All of these precious people love them like they are their own! They call me if there’s a problem, they send me and text me pictures of them, they are the greatest in Montgomery! Take your pets to them ASAP… They will be treated just like they are in your own home!♥️♥️♥️♥️

These folks have always taken great care of my animals. They listened to my concerns, loved on my babies, and were conscientious of costs, letting me know my options. Even though I moved away, I still take the 90 minute drive to this office. I will always recommend the Taylor Crossing vets!

Taylor Crossing is a wonderful place to leave your pet when you’re out of town. It was a bit more pricey than my usual boarding but I was happy with the care they provided and the fact they were able to fit me in on such short notice for a holiday weekend.

Everyone has always been very attentive and personal. I don't feel like a number to them because they truly care about my dog.

The staff here is amazing. They are always ready for you when you arrive and they are so very attentive to you and your pet. I always feel like I get the best care from the front desk person to the tech in the room to the doctors. Although the clinic is one hour from my house, it is well worth the drive.

I’ve been taking my pets to Taylor Crossing for years. Wonderful vets and staff.

I had to take my dog Koa in.. I had meetings all day and they did a drop off and let the vet look at him and then called me when he was done. When I got there he was ready for me and made check in and out easy. I use them regularly and can’t ask for a better vet

The staff was very attentive in the beginning. I boarded my 7 month old Cane Corso puppy with them and everything seamed to go well. I picked him up and for some reason he had extra food left over from the individual bags I left for him. He was supposed to get a premium bath before he came home. Unfortunately his coat was filthy and his nails had barely been dremeled. He smelled bad and dust/hair was falling off him so I had to give him a bath myself once we got home. Based off of other dogs that I know who stay with them I was disappointed with how he came home. I was told to expect excellent service for my puppy, what I got, was less than excellent.

Excellent care for your pets. Don’t expect anything complimentary. Several unnecessary charges.

I usually take my kittens here for boarding. The first time I boarded them here and picked them up, they acted like they hadn’t been fed much and literally acted like they were starving when I fed them when we got home. They had never done this before. The second time, I dropped them off with a full container of food, and provided instructions on how much to feed them and how often. When I picked them up, half the food was gone. They only stayed for 2 full days. A weeks worth of food was used for those two days. I’m not sure if they fed other cats with my food or if they didn’t follow the instructions. They also wrote on my $30 container with a black sharpie. Also, my kittens were very dirty and smelly when I picked them up. One of my kittens has white paws, and they were literally brown. They also smelled horrible. I take care of my cats very well so it was extremely disappointing for them to be in that condition when I picked them up. I had to give them baths when I got home. I’m not sure if they just don’t take care of boarded cats as well as they take care of dogs, but I definitely won’t be taking them back there.

Requested pet be looked at for possible treatment during stay and a full bath. Neither was done. At pickup I asked for a call from office manager in regards to my concerns and never received one.

The staff was very friendly and loved our new 3 week old kitten. I’m looking forward to bringing him back on the 15th.

You are FAMILY to all of your clients and patients. The personnel are all very professional and kind. You might have just had to have your baby (best friend) euthanized and they all sympathize.
