Very impressed with the doctors and staff of Blue Ridge Animal Clinic. They are the best of the best and I would not take my senior rescued dogs anywhere else! I was given a clear diagnosis, treatment options and written cost estimate. They are warm, friendly and very professional. So happy I've made this change!

I took my cat to them and Busby was verry rude. Had used them for over 20 years. Dr. Brooks was the best. Its a long story. The other Dr. If she is still there was great. Busy needs a class on how to treat your customers. She said I was rude to one member of her staff. I didn't know what she was talking about. However I appolized and the girl didn't know why I appolized.

The friendly staff was very patient with my animals. I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Busby and the entire staff are the best! I have used BRAC since my oldest dog was 4 1/2 weeks old. His sister died 1/07/2020, and they grieved with me. My shelter baby 7/21/2020 goes there now too. A very caring and helpful staff.

We have 4 dogs that are patients, Rottie, XL Pitbull, Valley Bulldog and Chihuahua, Dr. Busby has a vast amount knowledge with large and small breeds, her pricing is reasonable and her staff are top notch. We are very grateful for Blue Ridge Animal Clinic.

I tried to get an appointment for my small breed male dog. They would not take him because they aren’t taking new patients. I thought vets were there to take animals in distress. He seriously needs help and they said no. I live on social security and my car is broke down. They told me to walk!

Dr. Busby and her staff are Excellent!! They take time to listen to you!!

Always great with my pup! Dr. Busby is wonderful and the blond young woman(so sorry I don't know her name) at the front desk is so polite and always remembers our Luna's name.

The staff took care of my big dog Beau and did a great job. We now have a new puppy Gizmo and they continue to do same great service. Please give the staff a chance they are the best.

I take all my furbabies to Blue Ridge. They are professional, loving, supportive, thorough and NICE!!!!

We took a three month old kitten in with nasal congestion. The Doctor was thorough. We had a feline leukemia test which thankfully came back negative. Medications, testing and office visit were very reasonable : less than $150. In this market that is more than fair. We have used Blue Ridge for over 10 years now.

Staff is always friendly and willing to help with anything that you have going on with your fur babies. I highly recommend them.

Competent staff and Dr. Busby. I felt good about the outcome for my babydoll. Blue Ridge has been a great place to bring your pet to since I've used them for a long time. Years, just don't know how many.

The staff is extremely helpful and always seem concerned about their patients. The vets are both great and have operated on several of my animals over the years. Prices have always seemed reasonable and worth the extra care that the staff give. Overall, they have been my go to vet for about 7 years now. The only issue I've had is that payment is required in full and that can be rough if you have an emergency situation. Still, the quality is worth it and they do good work.

Very caring and helpful. This is the only place I'll take my pets.
