I love this store. It's always so fun coming in. Got Jasper, the cocotoo, then Roscoe the Amazon, all the birbs and lizards and geckos and tarantulas. It's a pet lovers heaven. Plus the foods for pets, literally everything you could want as a bird, reptile, and amphibian enthusiasts.

Came in to search for a bird I had my heart set on a green cheek. And that's exactly what I got staff was so helpful and sweet let me handle all of the green cheeks to find wich one fit me best told me what I needed to know and what NOT to do. So so helpful will definitely be returning :)

Great products, good selection of reptiles, spiders, and isopods.

Don't know a lot personally but my buddy seemed impressed by the selection. Staff were all pleasant and polite ????

Great store and they are more personal with the birds than most. However there is dust ob most he products and some if the staff dont have a clue about anything it seems.

I love Rhondas I am fairly new to birds, I went in the first time and was greeted by very friendly knowledgeable staff I had to have talked there heads off for more than 30 mins asking all kinds of questions about my parakeet (pee wee) they answered everything and helped so much with pointing me in the right direction of what I needed to buy and what I needed to do so my sweet bird would be happy and healthy . I frequent them now every other month or so to get all my supplies and have added a cockatiel (tweet) from there store and have always been greeted with friendly knowledgeable staff ❤️ I highly recommend them and appreciate the help and care they put into this business.

Stop forcing people to buy everything from you on adopted birds. You get them for free then ask people to spend money in your store to adopt. We tried adopting from you twice this time we was going to buy the cage even though we have extra at home. We have seven birds and have redone our home to fit thier needs. Do you require everyone to buy a cage from you when they purchase a baby bird from you? You send my wife a email that says you no longer want our business when we mentioned the first adoption fail to one of your employees even though we drive from Alabama to do business with you and buy toys and food. We would adopt them all if we could but wanted to at least make one happy.

Drove two hours out of my way to visit this place. Stood in the store for 30 minutes waiting for someone to ask if we needed help. No one spoke to us the whole time we were there. Dont waste your time here.

They are amazing. We have been going for years now and have two adorable birds from them. The love and care they put in to taking care of their animals is apparent. They have a great staff and are just overall amazing people.

Couldn't even be bothered to answer a simple question... "do you have live meal worms "...

Great place for people and critters. My home away from home.

My husband and I use Rhondas for all of our bird supplies. The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable most of the time, but I do feel as though the stores personal politics get in the way as far as grooming is concerned. Ill chock a soulless of times up to miscommunication but a number of times we brought our birds in to be groomed specifically stating we didn’t want them de flighted, only to receive them back with their wings clipped. In the moment there was nothing to do it’s not like they can re attach the flight wings so I brushed it off but this happened a number of times so I would say just make sure you clearly state you don’t want your birds wings clipped and make sure they respect your wishes, other wise the store is amazing and treats us well

They always have what I need and the employees are always very helpful and friendly.

I absolutely love this place! Rhonda is amazing and has the best birds. Miss that Anthony guy who used to work here. He was so nice. Anthony you will live in our hearts forever. Watch over us buddy

This store is amazing! Just when you think you have see everything, there is something more! Kudos to Rhonda and the staff for hanging tough during Covid when people can be unkind and thank you so much for helping me find my new friends/family.

I live in Pensacola and frequent or local pet store but when my Sugar Glider ran out of food and I just so happen to be in Milton I did a quick U turn and was definitely surprised. I found more food for my glider including treats. Reasonably priced and a fun loving staff????. Definitely Will return.

Not only does this place do quick and easy nail clippings but they also have great customer service for the plethora of bird and reptile items.. Thanks for the awesome cage!!!

We adopted our Umbrella Cockatoo rescue Oatmeal from Rhonda's Avairy. It was a wonderful experience and very comfortable process. We have come to love Oatmeal who has done a 180 degrees, since our first visit. Thier current deal of a sample box is way better than advertised! Please keep us informed of future deals! I went for the first time today, and they were better than I could have ever hoped for! They were very helpful and kind, and had an incredible selection of products, insects, you name it! I purchased some roaches for my beardie and a silkworm, and he cannot get enough! I will be going to them from now on for his meals. If you haven't visited yet, GO CHECK THEM OUT!
