I have been coming here since I moved her, in 2009. They have been good at their jobs. I did find someone that I like a lot, but you'll need to figure that out. Don't want them booked!

These two recent bad reviews of this place are just because they got got stealing a dog from a 72 year old man this place is awesome and have morals and will get dogs back to rightful owners as should be these last 2 reviews are jokes from thiefs that got caught stealing a dog from and elderly man with nothing in life but that to live for hands down best shop in northwest florida ashlee is amazing did the right thing maybe they should learn to spell her name right if they want to talk down on her.. what these people did to that poor dog is like abducting someone's child poor old man and dog.. if you need more information or facts on this review feel free to call the okaloosa sherif

Great personnel, great service. I was running late, they saved the appointment instead of having to reschedule. Offered me the use of a leash since mine was still packed. The puppy enjoyed herself, got a good grooming and nail trim. Thank you

Awesome. In my opinion, they're the only people in town who know how to properly groom an 85 lb golden retriever. If you're going somewhere else, you're probably getting ripped off.

Took my pup in to get her nails done and she handled my little wiggle pup with great care. I am definitely going back.

They do a great job on our dog

My dog came back smelling so good and clean from her bath! They put a cute little flower on her collar. My dog does not like baths or her nails cut and they were able to get her nails really short for her. The groomers at our vet aren’t even able to get them that short. I will be using them again!

They take the best care of my little doggie every time I've been going there for the past 5 years I would recommend it to anybody and everybody who loves their doggy as much as I do!!!!!!!

Loved it! One of our dogs got a cut for the summer and our other one just a bath. They smell so good and look so good! They really do the whole shabang (bath, cut nails, etc). Totally recommend and will be going back :)

Do NOT tip Jessica!!! She is rude to the bathers who do her dirty work and doesn't think they should get tips for their hard work!!!!

Awesome and expedient service! Called a few mins before taking my Puppster in to have her nail trimmed and it was completed in a most professional manner. I have always liked Dogs-R-Us because they use a dremmel tool and my Pup is comfortable with that method.

I called on a Fri.morning at 9:30, and without hesitation they were able to book a grooming appointment for me!!!!! Jessica was able to bath, shave, nail trim & top my baby off with a cute little bow tie in only an 1 1/2 hours!!! She provided exactly what I wanted on my fur baby & what I paid was AMAZING!!!!! This place is AWESOME! Even my mother, who picked him up for me, was SOOOO impressed! Thank u to Jessica! You're the best!! (I corrected the name!)

They are always super nice and get us in quickly and efficiently for nail trims however, last time I was there I overheard a younger groomer yelling at a barking dog to shut up and it just really grated my nerves. Won't return.

Hair cut was a bit pricey ($50 not including tip) since it didn't include getting our Yorkie's nails cut.. I've paid same price and even cheaper in other towns with our other small dog and that included nail clipping and the dogs teeth to be brushed however he looks cute!!! He smells great and feels so soft!!! & came home with that cute little red handkerchief !!

I took my boy Darby to this Groomer last Friday and I'll not be returning. They did a great job grooming Darby but when he came home, his eye was cut on the corner. I wish I could post the photograph's of it. I had to return last Saturday to pick up Darby's collar, because he wears a harness, they accidentally forgot to put Darby's collar on. I told them about the cut. They told me, "Oh yeah, I should have mentioned it. I believe it was a scab." Darby has never had any scabs on his eyes ever. I wash his face all the time. Now a week later, I just left the vet, who confirmed it was a cut and my boy needed antibiotic cream/eyedrops. Now $80.00 for the groomer and $80.00 to the vet today and Darby has to go back to the vet next week.

My dog loves her groomer. She comes home beautiful and happy. Highly recommend them.

Poor customer service. I made my dog’s appointment for a Saturday b/c I work full time Monday through Friday, they called me on Friday morning saying I was supposed to drop my dog my off. Why would I make my appointment for a Friday morning …

Very friendly staff! they have been a huge help growing out our Shih Tzus who got terrible haircuts at a previous groomer. Our pups always leave there cute and happy!
