I’ve visited this vet on separate occasions both for rather emergency situations and both times I was scheduled to have my pup(s) seen timely. They truly care for our pets when it matters most. Thank you staff at Town & Country!

I've brought my cats Skittles and Shadow in twice. Dr. Edwards took her time to inform me about everything she was recommending, pros and cons, alternative options, etc. Skittles has a bit of a difficult medical history, so Dr. Edwards' experience and ability to make a recommendation without pushing me in one direction or another helped develop trust very quickly. Both visits, I was able to request an all female team, which is great since I noticed that Skittles does much better like that. Still, he's not an easy kitty to handle, but the team did exceptionally well. Their follow up the next day(s) is also very good. Lastly, I forgot a sweater there the first visit, and they kept it neatly folded until my next visit months later. I drive past many other vets on the way there but I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Thank you, Town & Country West team for looking after my fur babies with such care and compassion.

We took a stray kitty we had been feeding in to the vet for her vaccinations and a check up. The staff was so kind and patient with my cat. The kitty was terrified and at one point there were 2 people trying to gently grab her so the doc could examine her. Never did the staff complain. They were nothing but sweet and professional. We have been seeing another vet down the road for over 30 years. When our original vet retired we were not fans of the new one. Town and Country Vet was highly recommended by our groomer and we could have not been more pleased. We have 3 other pets at home that we will be taking to Town and Country from now on. A+ service!

Honestly I love this location! Scott is my baby Goku and Kilos Groomer and honestly he is the best no lie! He's super cool and honestly just gives me the comfort that my furr babies are being taken care of. I originally went to the Kennesaw location but this spot is definitely the keeper. Thank you Scott for being amazing!

Worst secretaries! I previously had an issue with over billing for services that were not asked for and miscommunication from the secretary. Once again the secretaries negligence is causing more issues. She failed to cancel any future appointments with this office because I refuse to return! Now they are trying to bill me missed appointment fees! Poor customer service and money hungry clinic!!

Dr. Goodman is wonderful. I brought my sick cat in and she seemed genuinely concerned, she patiently explained everything to me, treatment options, etc. She seemed very knowledgeable, professional, compassionate and did not give off the impression that she was just trying to upsell me like some vets do. I was pleasantly surprised by how reasonably priced this vet clinic was compared to where I've been going.

Very knowledgeable and very caring with our fur baby Milo he's a Yorkie. I like they let you come in for your visit with all this quarantine going on in the world. When I tell you that right there gave me peace too my heart especially on our very first visit.

Dr. Goodman is the best vet we have ever had care for our cats. She was friendly, communicative, a great listener and thorough. Thrilled to have found her!

ALL the people that work there are very gentle and made Bella and me feel comfortable being there. Cause we all know going to the vet can be stressful on your pet and you, even more so when this isn't your vet. Bella is not my dog, she is my friend's dog. She had an ear infection from her allergies. Her infection is completely gone now. I would highly recommend going there if you live in the Marietta Georgia area and my vet if you live in the Manchester Georgia area.

Agree wholeheartedly with recent 5⭐️ reviewers! Everyone there knows my Rascal. He’s a Staffy Pit that is REACTIVE to other dogs & OVERLY friendly to people. He’s a handful. Thank y’all that Rascal still behaves like a puppy at 8.5yrs… kind of! Ha! He’s gonna live longer than usual for his breed, much due to training & TLC we received. For that & for you, I’m grateful. The doctor was great and overall the place was pretty good. Grooming was good as well. However, I had to wait way too long for my dog to get picked up even though I had an appointment and the girl on the phone seemed annoyed every time I asked her a question (normal questions about their availability or prices)

Changing vets. Very unhappy. It was not that our pet was unable to be calmed. It was a lack of communication, preparation, and scheduling. According to my husband, our dog was very calm and happy the entire time we were waiting. I believe …

I’ve had dogs for most of my life and working breeds since 1990. So I can honestly say this is truly an A+ top notch Vet clinic. To feel like a vets clinic doctors and technicians could possibly love your pet almost as good as you love your pet is a special special thing. Knowledgeable!!!!, caring and understanding group. When your fur baby is sick they take thier time to explain everything. From the front office team to the assistants and to the Doctors, they all care. Dr. Egins even called the night of surgery to check on my scout. Town and Country is the only vet ill trust my Scout with. Thank you!
