Bluff Park Animal Clinic Hoover, Alabama

Our pets have been the patients of these wonderful vets and care team at the Bluff Park Animal Clinic for many years. We have gone to this vet with 7 pets over 27 years. They are so kind and deliver very good treatment in every situation. We have been very pleased with the dear doctors and assistants in this practice.

I arrived from out of town where I rescued a kitten. I was eager to get the sick kitten to a vet on Saturday 9-11-21 and this clinic saw us with no hesitation. The staff was very friendly, kind, and encouraging! The veterinarian took the time to educate me about the kitten and thoroughly explain all I needed to do to work towards getting her well! The young man helping the veterinarian was very gentle and kind with the kitten as well. I would give 10 stars if I could. I am very grateful for this clinic.

My mother in law just went into this clinic to by my dog some dog food because I am busy with my mother having surgery today and they would not sell her dog food because my dog is not a patient of this clinic. My mother in law is not from Birmingham and she does not know her way around. She wanted to do something nice for me because I was tied up really unprofessional

The doctor and staff there are fantastic. They care for our animals and are very supportive and sympathetic when we have lost some due to age. Best in town.

I contacted them after my pet passes at home. They were so compassionate and cared about me and my emotional well-being. We didn't have a vet and they didn't hesitate to help me. I have found a new vet!

They are always very thorough and explain what is going on.

We had to take our older cat in on a Saturday morning due to what appeared to be an abscessed tooth. The Vet was amazing explaining everything in detail and he spoke about our kitty like he was a patient and family member not "just an animal". Everyone we interacted with was not only professional but very kind and empathetic. The fee was also extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend this vet.

My boys have been cared for so very well. Today I brought in James Thomas (5-ish year old neutered male cat, Domestic short hair, normal weight for frame)for a maybe, could be, yikes, UTI. Dr. B and sweet techs were very gentle with him and thorough with exam and questions. I am confident their expertise and care will have him on the mend and back to himself soon. I took my mom today to get her dog seen. Ashley in the front is extremely nice and professional. Kennel tech and doctor ( didnt get their names) were also very helpful and very nice

So compassionate, knowledgeable and able to work in an out of state sick pet on a moment's notice. Highly recommend this clinic!

Very pleased with this clinic! All verts & staff very caring. Dr Erwin is so kind and caring. Takes time to explain everything. Only works on Tuesdays now, but we are thankful for that! He is awesome!
