Had the Best experience today 10-02-21 with them seeing my baby girl Gracie on a short notice. Dr. Hankes is a wonderful doctor and the Staff is amazing! I will be transferring her from Stewart's Animal Clinic in Warrior to All Creatures Pet Hospital ASAP. Thank you all!

This vet office provides a small town vet feel in the best way. I have mainly used this clinic for daycare services and boarding, and the prices are affordable and the staff is great. You can tell they actually play with the dogs as my dog comes home tired from her daycare experience.

If you want to put your pet or a animal in danger this is the place. I don't know how they keep there doors open. HORRIBLE

Great patient staff. One of my dogs had an accident in the seat on the way there. He got it all over himself and my other pup. They tracked it in on the floor(I thought i had gotten most of it cleaned up). I was embarrassed, but the staff wasn't upset at all. Reasonably priced compared to the other places I checked into. I will be going back sometime in the future.

Part 2 of 2 The issue: My visit took place on a Friday. Over the weekend I began looking at the bill line by line. I noticed that the medication this time cost significantly more than it did during my previous visit: Nexgard Flea and Tick was $169 and the Nexgard Plus (Heart) was $70. I decided to call them and hopefully resolve the difference over the phone but the vet never returned my call. Since my call went unanswered, I decided to visit the vet in person, this time the lobby was open. I walked in and asked to speak to the office manager. A receptionist (could have been Jackie) responded that she was the person in charge of bills. With both my most recent bill, and the bill from my previous visit, I explained to her that it appeared that I was overcharged for the meds which was the sole purpose of my visit on that Friday. I mentioned that I know that it was about two years since I last purchased them but this time the cost was significantly more. She began giving me excuse after excuse. She said “we do not price match online products unless you ask us too.” I responded that I wasn’t given a choice due to me not being able to review the cost until after my card was tendered. Then she said “well it looks like the product was changed because we anticipated that your pet’s weight would increase.” I replied that his weight was the same as the last visit. She then asked for the medication, I explained to her, per the vet’s order I immediately gave him a dose so there was only 5 each of the 6 doses left. She of course balked at that immediately. I explained that all I wanted was a possible credit for the difference. She then said “well you should have asked for a price match but since you didn’t there is nothing we can do. I then asked to speak with the owner (Ted Hankes) but understandably he was busy with a patient, but she didn’t even check with him, she immediately told me that he was busy. That’s when I asked her to give him my number and he never once (to my knowledge tried to contact me to discuss the situation. It is true, the professionalism of a business hired help is a reflection of the owner and in this case they were both very unprofessional. Conclusion: At the end of the day, I gave this practice every opportunity to make this horrible experience better and/or right, but f or whatever reason, whether greediness, pride fullness, or ignorance - they chose not to help. The difference in the medication was only $89 and I would have been happy to receive a prorated credit based on the time difference or meet them in the middle. This review is the absolute truth, I would not have taken my precious time to tell an untrue made up story.

Our experience with All Creatures hospital was wonderful! We have switched all of our animals to all creatures. They are very polite, helpful and are able to get you in quick, while taking great care of your fur babies. I can’t recommend them enough!

Warning! This business is not BBB accredited! I feel completey ripped off. Got a second opinion and they stated that lots of the tests administered we're unnecessary and provided little info. These people are frauds and deserve to have their license revoked. I want all of my money back for such a poor service that hurt my pet instead of helped him. They took advantage of me and my family in a moment of crisis. Never go there if you love your pet. Stay far far away. It is clear to me that they love money more than anything else.

I had a great experience today with my 3 dogs at All Creatures! They were extremely helpful with recommendations on feeding my GP with chicken allergies and low fat food for my little dog! They even gave my Golden retriever a ball to take home with her for being so sweet!! Thank you guys so much, I’m so glad to have you as my permanent vet!

All Creatures are the best!!. I have use Dr Hankes for years an would not go anywhere else. The staff are very friendly an We love Jackie.. She is great with Nirto he gets excited every time we pull up to the clinic. He can’t wait to go inside. He loves the daycare program an I do to because he comes home so tired lol .

The staff are friendly and loving as well as knowledgeable. We have trusted them with our pets in the past so when our little Banjo came along there was no question who we would see for care. We love our vet!

I rushed my cat in after being attacked my neighbors dog (he accidentally escaped). They quickly examined my cat and kept me informed every step of the way since they are curbside only. The staff and vet were all nice and caring. They stayed late to make sure he was ok and to stitch him up. I'm very grateful for them and everything they have done for us. If you are looking for an amazing veterinary team this is the place to go!!

No way to make All Creatures Pet Hospital better when it’s already the best. They have adapted to curbside service exceptionally well. While I prefer being in the office, with Akira, you have done an excellent job adapting to Covid. Your staff is very helpful and do an amazing job.

I love all the staff and Dr Hankes. He is the best vet around. My dogs love to go to daycare everyday and have so much fun playing with all the other puppies. The staff is always so sweet and nice. Ace and Teddy get so excited when we pull up. They just love it here!!

Sadly animal care at 'All Creatures Pet Hospital', is not a priority. Today it was clear, $money$ is their priority. My son's Service Dog, needed antibiotics. Dr. Hankes stated he will give my sons dog the antibiotics he needs as he came outside to explain why. Then the itemized bill came out and I was going to be charged almost $50, for the meds!!. This was not a 'gift' as Dr. Hankes stated. The lady stated the Doctor has a bad habit of saying those things. I did not get the antibiotics due to an incredibly, and highly inflated prices. I found the same prescription from GoodRx, for less then $20 that Publix could fill. All Creatures will not send out prescriptions to help animals as I telephoned and was denied this service to help my sons Service Animal. Although the staff seems very kind. The Vet Dr. Hankes, needs to learn better communication skills and consider helping animals by paying his license to send out prescriptions, if this is the reason. Perhaps there is an unknown underling as to why 'All Creatures Pet Hospital', chooses not to. The high mark up on prices leads me to believe other prices are inflated. Time to look for another more caring animal clinic.
