I highly recommend Crossroads. They take great care of my baby Nuk. The entire staff is very professional and polite. My baby has anxiety really bad and they knew just how to handle him. If I could give a million stars I would.

Wonderful service. The Veterinarian used her lunch hour to save my bird's life. I called 3 other vets first. They were all too busy to help save my bird's life. She was bleeding to death because of her toe got caught in her nesting material. It was severed off. I could not stop the bleeding. Thank you so very much Crossroads Animal Clinic.

Didn’t care for the wait, but good service with the Vet Techs; I didn’t like that I never met the Veteranarian (even though she did surgery on my kitty)!

I am 78 years old and a first time Cat owner. I recently adopted a cat and knew immediately I should take her to a Veterinarian Animal Hospital and get her checked out, because she had some scabs on her. I've previously owned dogs. This time I wanted a new beginning and decided to find a Vet for my cat. I am thrilled to be able to tell you how much I like Crossroads Animal Clinic, 601 Eglin Pkwy NE, Fort Walton Beach, Florida. The staff was very professional, and friendly. Dr. Tovrea was a real Cat person and gave me confidence in "her expertise" and myself as a new cat owner. That message was three months ago. UPDATE 12-19-2017 My cat Doriann has allergies and Dr. Tovrea has been observing her and is coming up with a long term treatment plan.

We love Crossroads. Best Veterinary Clinic in town. Treats our fur babies as if they are their own. Always kind and friendly.

I am so thrilled I found Crossroads to care for my 2 sweet guinea pigs! I was under the impresssion that there weren't any clinics to care for exotic pets so I was surprised to find them. They were highly recommended to me and now I know why. Everyone has been very nice and I can tell that they truly care about their customers and their pets.

Crossroads is one of the few Veterinarians in the area trained to care for Rabbits and are the highest rated to do so for good reason! Their skillfully trained staff are always extremely professional and delightful to deal with! I feel 100% confident to trust them with my lil fuzzbutts care!

Have taken my puppy to them for the first 2 years of his life. But after today we will not be going back. I watched someone else walk in wearing a mask with a cage and out with a receipt. So I put my mask on and attempted to walk in to find out if he was almost done, because if not I could have ran to the store and wait for them to call. I was told to get back in my car. I put my hands up said ok I was trying to pay and find out about my dog. The Dr. preceded to come out and yell at me that if I am going to get an attitude with her nurses we are not welcome back.
