Very kind doctor and assistants. They offered detailed pricing for all the procedures PRIOR to performing anything (never had that happen before) and asked ahead if they should proceed. I appreciated the attention to detail. I was also able to pay the bill in the pet-patient room. No need to stand around with all the other pets who may also be anxious about the dreaded "vet visit". lol!

The staff here is amazing and so attentive. I know my boys will always be taken care of when I bring them here!

We have used their kennel services for our two dogs as well as the daycare option and have been very pleased with the services!

The front staff is amazing, the vet techs are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, the vets spend time answering questions and sat in the floor with me today to go over questions about my one dog. The office manager is honest, caring and sets a great standard for all pets. All 4 of our dogs love going to the vet! We drive quite a ways to get the best care for our dogs! Thanks!

Live these guys they are awesome. A little pricier than others but we'll worth it

Visiting from out of town, both our dogs came down with allergies that turned into double ear infections. We called the emergency room (don’t treat ears) called 2 vet’s (week wait) Fayetteville Animal Hospital got us in immediately and was so gentle with our dogs who were very nervous in this new environment. Couldn’t be more pleased, would be my number one choice if we lived in Georgia!!!

My family recently adopted a new puppy and brought her in for an appointment. We decided on this office after reviewing several other veterinarian offices in the area. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and wonderful smell of the office. The front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. We were immediately led to a private room; which was safe and comfortable for our new puppy. Our technician was Haley B. who was amazing! Haley was extremely helpful with answering the many questions we had and provided us with so much helpful information. Also, Dr. Morgan Beckham was great with helping us understand the concerns with our new puppy. We left the office feeling great about our decision.

We have been using Fayetteville Animal Hospital for our dog for the past year. We go to Fayetteville Animal Hospital for all services as it relates to Bae-Maxx; from check ups, to grooming, even boarding when we can not take him with us. Once we had an emergency and they took him right on back. I am so thankful to have a trusted vet for our Bae.

Expensive and useless. Everytime I go here they want to milk me dry and say they can't help our pet. The prescription they give us doesn't even work ????. I'm fed up.

The staff is always professional and friendly. My puppy just adores them. They are also timely and clean. That’s what makes them awesome.

They were extremely caring and helpful when my dog was having issues.. they were able to squeeze me in and help me avoid a 600$ emergency vet bill which I am extremely grateful for. Staff was professional, kind and courteous, I will definitely be returning!!

I brought in a stray to be seen that i had been caring for for two years. I decided I would never return when i was sitting in the waiting room and the vet herself came in behind the vet tech where I addressed her on three different occasions within a minute or so and she completely ignored me each time. I mean she didnt even acknowledge I was in the room. She spoke to the vet tech and the cat and i guess i was invisible. Then after i advised them i didnt have the money for all the services she said she didnt “feel comfortable” seeing him. Even tho i stated i wanted the blood work up done that came in at like 60 so we could get a general idea. I believed he had a respiratory infection. She didnt even come looke at him. Never again. No i dont remember her name. But she was short, caucasian and had straight, dirty blonde-ish hair that came slightly past her shoulders. In her 40’s. The vet tech was awesome though. She took the time to actually talk to me. Only reason im leaving two stars. Upon review of the other reviews it seems this woman could be a manager…all i know is she was not one of the young women at the front desk. Literally everyone else was personable and polite except this one woman. She and the vet may not be the same person, but that does not take away from the fact that the vet still didnt even come look at my poor boy. Vets, like doctors, are classed as professionals and therefore owe a duty of care to their clients and patients. I absolutely do not feel I received that when I came in on Friday. ***In response to their response. I CLEARLY said i didnt know who the lady was but she was rude as hell. That was also not what i said about the cat. And i never said i would raise funds from the neighborhood. That was the suggestion that was provided. I told her that probably would not work. Also i clearly stated the damn cat was a stray. A random couple had tried to claim him. That was a damn side bar to the conversation.It was written on that laminated piece of paper. Now yall getting one star. Manipulative, and rude. Yall can all go to hell! Respectfully.

The manager was very nasty and she lied on me. When you want to get your dog groomed, you can received $10 off. There was was not an appointment for Coos Coos in 4 weeks, so they were going to go back and charge me $60. I did think that was my fault. I asked to talk to the manager and she can in the room with an attitude. I was following Proverbs 15:1. I was calm and I did not any harsh words. I took my dog and left.

I was not happy with How I had to meet this amazing staff, as I was laying my fur baby to rest after 16 glorious years. My experience with the staff was absolutely amazing. From the moment I called until I picked up her remains, I was treated like I was a family member. They are so sincere and truly caring. When I do decide to get another puppy they are DEFINITELY who I'll be trusting the best care to! Thank you guys for making such an unbearable time, comforting

I am very satisfied with the care we received. The front staff were all very friendly, our vet tech Brooke and our doctor. All so professional and really know their stuff. We will absolutely be using Fayette animal hospital from now on.

My dog had an infected hotspot. I was very glad that they can get us in the same day I called. However I expected more guidance on treating the area. There was no cleaning or shaving the hair. Overall, great help!
