I went to the Destin Animal Clinic after my dog chewed threw her stitches and had an open 3 inch wound. Needless to say, I thought it was an emergency. I was prepared to pay twice as much as the original surgery knowing I was out of town and “stuck” in the situation. To my surprise they wanted three times the amount of the original surgery and when I asked only 1 question about the individual charges to try and get the bill reduced I was accused of being difficult! So apparently you aren’t supposed to question anything there - and after I asked the question then they refused to treat my dog even though she was severely wounded. I wound up going to Northside Vet in Fort Walton and they were WONDERFUL and were nearly half the price! They did an outstanding job and the wound is now healed. Thanks to NORTHSIDE Vetinary Clinic for saving the day! I’d highly recommend them.

We needed to find a new vet. Because of COVID-19 our prior vet closed. Destin Animal Clinic has been great. Our cat is on his way to recovery.

Assistant refuses to wear mask near me because she is "vaccinated"( which imho doesnt matter at all).

They got us in very quickly. They listened to my concerns. They thoroughly examined my kitty cat. When they decided she needed medication they thoroughly taught me how to give a cat medications. I was very pleased with them here.

Excellent. Our dog had an emergency, and after our regular vet couldn't see him for a few days, Destin Animal Clinic was there for us. All of the staff, from the front desk to the techs, to the Doctor, were all very pleasant, caring, knowledgeable, and helpful.

helped my Frenchie, were kind and accomodating, taking my dog in for a quick visit to treat an acute ailment. Thanks guys and gals!

I called the vet's office because I was concerned my dog ate a wasp or got but by a snake. Kelly and the vet were so kind. They stay til I got there even though it was closing time and took care of my baby. Thank you!!

My husband brought in my little buddy to see what was wrong. He was not acting himself. He was 18 1/2 years old and we were really concerned about him. He was faced with the hardest diagnostic to hear. my best friend, my little buddy had been diagnosed with hours to live. He had internal bleeding and the outlook was not good. They informed my husband of his situation and were able to give us enough time to get there to personally say our goodbyes, and they accommodated us so that everything was as easy as it could be due to the situation. They went above and beyond to help us in our hardest of time. The staff was so helpful and amazing to help me with everything. I miss my pal so much. I am grateful that the staff and veterinarian were so flexible to help us in our time of need. Thank you so much Destin Animal Clinic! You clearly care about your clients and their human friends!❤❤

Great animal clinic and not that expensive.

Curb side service was great. Everyone we met was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The Veterinary actually came outside and spoke with us directly. It was a very comfortable visit and we will definitely be using them in the future.

Everyone at the office was very friendly and professional. I am very happy with the service I received and the care my cats received. Dr. Epperson and his Vet Techs were very patient and answered all of my questions.

We primarily went to Destin animal clinic to see one of the visiting veterinarian's, Doctor Johns. We found the clinic to be small, but well staffed and clean. The technicians were knowledgeable and very friendly and the price for the visit was reasonable

Friendly staff and Dr. Epperson was wonderful. They took great care of my cats'.

Destin Animal Clinic is an extremely compassionate and professional veterinarian! We were on vacation with our sweet, fur baby, Peanut and we had a medical emergency and had to visit this clinic. They were honest in the diagnosis and the Dr. and staff went the extra mile in speaking to us and going over all of the details. They kept our Peanut comfortable and provided the best care possible! We are extremely grateful for the care that they provided Peanut and WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone needing a veterinarian.

This place is so friendly and quick with competitive price rates. I have had 5 pets treated here and one creamated there.. which they treated with very decent care. I will never see any other specialist.

My dog was hit by a car two days ago and experienced complications from it. There was not one vet that was willing/able to see him after calling 5 places in the area including his primary care doctor. He passed away today, and I cannot thank Destin Animal Clinic enough for their help. They saw him the day of the accident and helped him into the next life today. Everyone that works there was more than helpful and caring towards him and me. I can’t thank the techs, nurses, and doctors enough. ❤️

Since this Vet has been taken over by new management it has gone downhill. The previous Owner/Vet was caring, compassionate, and down to earth. The company that has taken over is cold-hearted, uncaring, and all they care about is the bottom line, not your pet's health. There are plenty of other choices in Destin....steer clear!

We were extremely pleased with Dr Epperson and his staff. We were made very comfortable with the staff and Dr Mike explained our pets issues.. we will be back
