I used their service once and it was reasonable.

My little mini Schnauzer. Because she had a good experience with the Vet and staff- I had a good experience. They held her, they talked to her, and they took excellant care regarding her safety and comfort. CM

Wonderful staff, incredibly friendly and great with my dog.

Loved that my fur babies records were available on their system when I moved to FL from CO. CO vets very knowledgable about vaccines and flea/tick products they would need in FL allowing us to pretreat them before we moved. Got in in days compared to other vets in the area that took months to get in and some required deposit to hold your appointment. More expensive than I would prefer but willing to travel 30 minutes to get there.

They are super helpful & professional. Always quick to get you an appointment!

So grateful for Banfield! We were on vacation and had a mini pet emergency. They got us in right away, examined our dog, and got her some medicine. They also made other recommendations based on their observations. She was better than new in no time!

The staff are wonderful with my dog Kiwi You should go get your pet groomed and bathed and nails clipped.It doesn't take long at all.

Wonderful staff! Very friendly and professional! They worked with us to get our pup in to early due to a last minute trip to Tampa. Definitely made our lives easier!

They're good at getting the appointments. Customer service is very good and the Doctors seem very attentive. The hours to see our Angel pets are very accommodating. I have been on their puppy plan and their Wellness Plan for over 3 years.

I had a terrible experience here!! dropped my dog off for his vet appt. At 4:15 they called us saying he’s ready for pickup. I live an hour away, I arrived at 5:13 and they charged me $60 late fee!! Online it says they are open until 7pm! $60 for 10-15 means is unacceptable especially when your hours don’t match online. This “late fee” that no one informed us of, when the hours don’t match, and I wasn’t given enough time to get there from where I live. I don’t recommend going here, while the lady at the register understood the manager insisted we pay $60 for ten minutes.

Wonderful experience. Dr. K was so attentive with our new puppy. He took the time to make suggestions and was comforting and personable. This was our first time at this location, but not with Banfield as we've visited in other states with our other pets. We were trying to determine whether or not to join Banfield or the vet clinic on base, but Dr. K's attentiveness and genuine care is so impressive that he/Banfield is definitely the right fit for our family. Only the very best for our pup and we trust that he is it!

Great care, nice people, excellent treatment of pets.

Very friendly and kind staff. Prescribed my dog only some of the medication I requested. When asked about it, I was given the wrong information about the drug. When calling to try and fix the problem, I was told that I was wrong but they could not link me any info showing that the meds in question did what they said. Overall, I really wish I had never taken my pup here. Again, the techs and vets I met were wonderfully kind and seemed to genuinely care. But when every person has a different opinion on whether a drug does one thing or another, it becomes really easy to lose all confidence in the staff.

My “grand dog “ died last night because of this place . They called my daughter and said he needed to have his teeth cleaned. She questioned this due to his age but they said they would do bloodwork to make sure everything was OK. Dr. Kapke called her after they had already sedated him and said he had signs of beginning stage kidney failure but should live 6 to 12 more months. They still pulled 3 teeth . She brought him home when they called her he was very weak and couldn’t keep any food down he ended up dying the next day. I guess it’s all about the money! My grandkids are heartbroken and so are we.

Ok service. The staff doesn’t know their policy half the time and refers you to banfield corporate half of the time. We are waiting until the contact ends to pull our last pup out of here.

Do not go here for serious operations or issues with your dog.

The Bettas were in nasty water. Some dead. Apparently they don't care.
