Very nice staff and awesome new doc. The wife n I took our baby Dior (lhasa poo) there for a knee cap slippage and the doc explained everything with cost and was absolutely correct. We still got the works done/checked but at least we knew.. highly recommend!!

Very friendly and so was the doctor. They always take their time and explain everything and answer questions.

Dr Judy did a remarkable hip surgery on my dog and she’s had ten great, active, agile years since the surgery- I’m forever indebted! She was born with virtually no hip sockets.

The vet Dr Judy cares about pets and is exceptional like his father. The office staff may benefit from training on relating to loyal customers in a more congenial manner. Make sure you have an appointment and are on time for it too or you will hear it from the gatekeeper.

Recommended by a good friend. Our cat had BAD inner ear infection. Not a car in the parking lot and they refused to see her.

I am not leaving a negative review because they cannot accept new patients right now. That is understandable. My issue lies with the receptionist. The person answering phones has a horrible attitude. I admit, when I called I was in a panic and not making much sense at first, but she was immediately frustrated with me and spoke in an extremely condescending manner like I was an inconvenience; I understand being snippy because you're busy or rushed (I work retail, I get it) but she was rude from the get-go. I called another clinic crying at this point, they were able to calm me down and gave me very professional help. Now, I understand why she didn't say her name when she answered. I won't bother calling this clinic again.

Horrible. Horrible. The lady who answers the phone needs to be fired. So unfriendly, yelled at me on the phone because I was confused by what she was saying.. because her wording was very confusing. Then, she hung up on me. So rude! I have a lot of family who use to/ still go here and they all have said the same thing and are looking for a new vet. Their customer service is horrible. Go somewhere else!

FALLING STARS!!! I have been a customer of Paulding Animal Clinic for 20+ years. 10+ years ago, I would have given Paulding Animal Clinic 5 Stars. Over the past 10 years, I would have given them 4 Stars. Today they fell to 1 Star. I have used Paulding Animal Clinic for Vet services and Boarding in the past. While Dr. Judy is our 1st choice for boarding, there are many times that they do not have capacity and we have to board elsewhere. The last time we boarded elsewhere, my dog was due for vaccinations. So, we had the boarding Veterinarian administer the vaccinations, so my dog could be boarded. I tried to book a boarding with Dr. Judy today and was informed that since we had the vaccinations at another vet we were no longer considered customers. Had Dr. Judy been able to board my dog the previous time, he would have been vaccinated at that time. We have always been pleased with the service and value we received from Dr. Larry Judy and his son Dr. Warren Judy. We have had several pets that we had to make the difficult decision of putting down and both Dr. Judies guidance and compassion were exceptional. While I'm not angry that they no longer consider me a customer, I am very disappointed that they are taking this "what have you done for me lately approach" discounting 20+ years of patronage. I am hopeful i can find a similar Veterinarian that appreciates long term customers.

Denied an appointment because I hadn't been in in a long time. My dog was in severe pain from an injury, and Reba would not give me any pain meds because we hadn't been in recently, and set an appointment for a week later because I had gotten his shots at Tractor Supply. She didn't care how much pain my dog was in. I love Dr Judy and I know he would not have done this, because he really cares about the animal. But Reba was punishing me for not being a regular customer, but she was really punishing my dog. Dr. Judy is fabulous, but you have to get past Reba the GateKeeper, who doesn't care.

Was ok prices very expensive no choices for heart worm pills or flea pills.

They are the best animal hospital I've ever been to... I love there companion and generosity...and they take good care of my pet needs!!!

Dr Judy is great and the staff is helpful. It is sometimes hard to get an appointment especially if your pet needs shots. Overall happy with the vet though

If I could give this place a zero star I would. We’ve been taking our dogs to this vet for 20 years and recently my older boxer stopped eating and just was overall extremely sick. We called to get him an appointment and the office refused to see him because they were “too busy.” Thankfully I was able to get him into another vet and asked this office to please fax over my dogs records to the new vet and they assured me they would. We show up to our new vet appointment and they never even sent over my dogs records... my dog ended up having liver cancer, was clearly suffering and had to be put down. I will never forget how paulding animal clinic treated me and my dog after going there for over 20 years. Do yourself a favor and never go to this place.

Always have a great experience at Dr.Judys

I have used this vet office over 35 years with nothing to say but good things for the vets (now retired father and working son) as well as the staff. Sorry if you can't get in as a new patient. They stay busy giving their old patients the care they have learned to expect over the years. During these years I have had to put a few animals down, and I couldn't have asked for a more caring group of people.

You won't find a better vet!!! and with great boarding prices!!!!
