The Dickersons are hands down the most caring vets in cullman. They are always there when we need them. Their facility is clean and their staff is friendly and caring. We won't go anywhere else!

Northside has been wonderful with my pets. Doctors and staff are so friendly and kind. Dr . Susie answered my distraught calls after hours and gave me peace. They just helped my sweet Romeo pass over to the Rainbow Bridge because he was 14 and suffering. They were so compassionate during a very hard time for me. I love Northside clinic. They truly love your animals as their own.

I needed to weight my pup Ollie and they were happy to help..no charge... and take a picture with my phone for me. Thank you

That is the best vet experience I’ve ever had. The doctor was very thorough in his explanation of things. They were super friendly and made me feel comfortable. I wish I knew about them sooner!

Service was horrible. The staff was so unprofessional and extremely rude. They were not nice to the pets. My pets left shaking because they were so very scared of the doctors. The doctors seemed like they had no idea what they were doing and overall it was a terrible experience. 0/10 recommend. Do not bring your animals here.

They even sent me a sympathy card when Pepper passed away ...signed by all the staff n both drs ????

Wonderful customer service, even after I forgot about my kittens appointment and called to reschedule they were understanding, helpful and fast. They’ve been great, and very helpful with all of my animals every time I’ve had to bring them in and I 100% recommend them.
