They literally lost my dad's dog. The dog had to stay overnight due to an infection, and they literally lost the dog. They have not taken responsibility, their security cameras aren't operational to help us understand the situation. How are you so unprofessional as a vet to lose a 90+ lb dog???????

This place was boarding a dog that got out. The dog died. I really think this place needs to shut down their one job is to protect animals and animals under their protection are dying. Please stay away from this vet for the safety of your animals.

Amazing clinic, amazing staff, amazing team. A hard working bunch of people who care for their patients and clients! We have taken all of our dogs to Dr. White for over 20 years. He is brilliant, as are both Dr Tripps and Dr Potts, the vet techs, kennel staff and receptionists! Even during the worst of Covid, these folks never stopped or stayed home a single day. Caring and professional every time I go!

My family and I have used Bartow Animal Hospital since 2006. Hands down, they have earned every single star in this rating. Their entire staff has ALWAYS cared for all of our babies like they were their own. From the regular vaccines/ maintenance, to spaying one of my sweet girl, Mayfield, to helping me vet strays that find their way to our home, to holding my sweet Mayfield and me when she had to be put down, to hand-delivering my sweet Dozer's ashes to me and crying with me every time there has been an emotional visit. All of my babies have always come back to me after their visits with tails wagging and obvious happiness - two signs that make me even more comfortable with Bartow Animal Hospital. They are the definition of compassion, mixed with affordable prices, and honest vetting. I will always be so proud to recommend them.

We have been going to Dr. Carl White (and occasionally BOTH Dr. Tripps over the past 16 years and I can honestly say I would never take my babies anywhere else. Even during COVID, they were amazingly responsive. We also use Holly for grooming 3 of our kitties and she's just as amazing

My dog is a husky mix with anxiety about going to the vet. I know he is a challenge to work with, but everybody there is kind and professional. They've always giving excellent care to all my dogs over the years.

For the love of everything. Please open your lobby back up. I go monthly to get my dogs flea/tick/heartworm pill. Same one everytime. What should take less than 5 minutes, now takes 20. "Hold on just a second" turns out to be much longer than just a second. It's been almost two years. We know how to handle covid. And we're all ready to move on. Please...keep up with it.

I greatly appreciate the wonderful care that was given to our dog, Callie. Callie was greeted by a smiling individual and she was given back to us by another person who gave detailed instructions on how to care for Callie, post operative. We could see how much the people cared by the way they kept us informed of how well Callie was doing throughout the day before her operation and afterwards. We couldn't have asked for better care of our sweet dog.

They took my dog day of within an hour of calling and quickly evaluated her to let me know she was okay after being hit by a car. They also let me know of arthritis we didn’t know about. Thank you for taking care of our Ginger! ❤️

Giving 3 stars only because I got there at 540ish and called and I was immediately put on hold and then once they picked up all I needed was a weight check and flea medication… I was told someone would be right out- we didn’t leave until 6:30.. weight check… flea medication.. it was honestly crazy how long we had to wait.

Been going here for years. All the doctors and staff are great. Holly does a great job grooming. Highly recommend. :)

The office staff is rude and will not accept any sort of responsibility for mistakes made. They will blame everyone else, including you. I was told an office manager and a kennel manager would contact me to discuss an issue that has happened the last two times my dogs have been boarded and no one has called me back. Bad business. The vets should be concerned about the staff running their office. We wont be back.

A few days ago, I had to make the toughest decision to put my old girl down. The people here showed compassion and understanding. The process was quick and respectful. I am sorry if my crying was a bit loud, just because she was my emotional support for ptsd. Thank you guys for making the bad day a little better.and helping this veteran here show his raw emotions.

My family have been going here for years! Dr. Tripp is amazing with our animals. My Cocker spaniel died in 2018 and his staff was so sensitive to our needs.

Dr Potts and all the ladies we have dealt with are awesome. He has seen 100s of ferrets and we trust him with our babies. I'd refer any other ferret owners to them.

Great people. Very quick appointment and helped us determine that it wasnt anything serious. Didnt try to get to me to "buy" any extras. Great service, will def bring my baby back if needed. 10/10 recommend!

This place is VERY BUSY! That being said, everyone I have ever delt with here has been very kind and professional. They care about your 4 legged family members as if they were their own. I have a 65lb. Blue Pitt and she can be a handful. She always receives top notch care here. I recommend their boarding as well. Our last long weekend vacation she had a 3 day sleepover and the price was very affordable and they gave her a free, better bath than the groomers down the road do for $40.
