That’s the surgery light. It is dangling from the ceiling over an open dog. They reuse medical equipment and will argue with you to save their own as$. Know where you are taking your dogs. Helena vet is great. As well as the vet right down the road from them. Don’t risk your animals to support them.

Fantastic folks here. They took care of our pups while we were evacuated for Hurricane Ida and the dogs seemed very pleased about their stay.

Very poor pet care, rude staff ????our little puppy got very bad experience,they charged us for grooming but not worth ????will not recommend anyone.. we did took the whole bag of the food with us, and they made us to get more food, which they didn’t even fed him, we had all the vaccines done for our puppy done but they gave him another Vaccines, if anyone don’t have the the vaccines for their puppy how can they have them on board, so all the want is to make money and don’t care for the other puppies. Mostly staff is soo rude and disrespectful, they expect you Don’t ask them anything but just pay them with No questions asked. We also had an accident in the car,(poo) that they didn’t take him out, when we called them and asked when they mentioned they took him out in the morning, very poor service.

They are amazing from the staff that works up from to the drs. My dog had a huge mass on the front part of her chest (turned out to be cancer) but they removed it all and have called to follow up. Every time we go in they know her by name. They are one of the most reasonably priced vets I've ever been to.

Kayleigh and Nancy, front staff, both could use attitude adjustments. Both were blunt and curt with responses to my daughter's questions concerning our ????. Fritz was to be discharged the day after overnight stay...

If I could rate in the negative, I would. Our groomer was backed up and we needed our pets cut. We thought we would try this location due to the positive reviews. Wish we hadn’t. They SHAVED my beautiful miniature Aussie. My mother in law and kids picked the dogs up, so they just paid and left. I was shocked when I got home from work. I will now need to protect him from the sun until his hair grows back some. You would think a professional groomer would know better. It looked like someone grooming for the first time ever did this. We will never return and if you love your pet - don’t recommend grooming services here.

Wish I could give zero stars. Been going to them for more than seven years. The staff is actually really great! But today, the service and communication by the vet was very poor and unacceptable. Won’t be bringing my dog back

Terrible experiences, one after another. 1. First and foremost, they will not work with online pharmacies. They will make you file all of the prescription paperwork, which is absurd. 2. I should have been alarmed when they charge an extra amount for “vip” service on boarding, but decided to trust them. When I picked my dog up, they charged me for the “non-vip” service after requesting the “vip”. Employee said she must have made a mistake. Minutes later they bring my dog out and he’s a WRECK. Like he has been left alone the entire time. 3. My dog had a limp, took him into the vet. Vet gave him an X-ray, and gave me some NSAID’s to give him. I go in for a checkup, and the doctor looks at his leg again, and says “I don’t really know what else to do, other than take an X-ray”. 2 weeks after I paid 300 dollars for an X-ray. This place was a nightmare, and these weren’t the only occurrences, just the ones that stuck out the most. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

If I could give negative stars I would. This is the most unprofessional vet I have ever been. They overcharged and botched everything to do with my dogs procedure. Do us all a favor and close up shop so the real veterinarians can treat our furry friends the way the deserve. My heart hurts from how badly they handled my dog.

Great place to take your pet! I've been going there for over 3 years they are always courtious when I take my dog in for a bath boarding!! Will not go anywhere else love the staff!!

We have beens clients of Rocky Ridge Animal Clinic since 2006. Roger and his team have been nothing but outstanding in taking care of all our personal pets plus the rescues that have come thru our home. We recommend them without reservation.

Drs. Lindstrom & Dieguez have served the animals of this community for a long time. Dr.Dieguez is a skilled vet, successfully treating my boxer-p.bull mix who suffered from serious skin alergies . [She was also allergic to everything worth eating so this was not an easy task] He also is pretty great at patching up our dogs from their destructive and mindless occasional fights. He also handles our foster Shepard mix, who has a bad case of fear aggression, with understanding and patience. We are loyal patients & clients who spend a lot of $ there but don't feel they appreciate our business as much as they should. By no means will they save you any money and he gives no loyalty incentive based discounts . And the total bill is always due at the door; No exceptions to long term and loyal customers... Even if your bill exceeds $800- $1000 ! What has happened to loyalty based business in this country ? No one seems to appreciate their repeat customers any more.

They did a great job bathing my dog

I left my dogs, my BABIES, for the first time here they were ever away from me and I am very disappointed. They called me and said my dog needed medicine I told them TWICE not to start it that I would take her to my vet and start her on the medicine there when I got back in two days(she had nothing life threatening wrong) without getting in contact with me they started on it anyway after being told twice not to. My girl is now sounding like she’s got kennel cough AFTER getting the kennel cough shot and they want her back in after paying almost $600 for a weeks stay. Extremely disappointed EXTREMELY. Don’t waste your money here they will fond some reason to charge more.
