Very friendly staff, reasonable pricing!

Staff was very helpful and when we saw the veterinarian he was great. Helped our Emmy to get well and feeling better and didn't break the bank to do it. My grandmother and brother always used him to care for his 2 dog(s) over the years. I had not personally used this clinic before and we will be back for Emmy's next round of shots and anything else. Thanks guys! We appreciate all of your hard work beyond the waiting room. See ya next time

Took my poor little dog in for a bath and no one called when he was finished! They closed the office and he was left in the kennel for three days due to it being a holiday weekend. I’m sure that’s the reason I was not contacted. Horrible administrative staff. Patient for five years! No more! Deplorable and not okay!

Would have given a 5 star however one of the staff members called us less than 24 hours later after they euthanized our beloved fur baby, inquiring about paying the bill. How insensitive ???? could you be? We have never not paid our vet bill to them. We have been customers for more than 20 years, still processing our loss to be asked about a bill so heartless to say the least.

Nice staff, good service, (our pets see Dr. B.) and fair prices. The building and the interior are a bit dated and could use some paint, but that's a minor issue.

These people are great. They are sweet and gentle with my babies and I wish I had found this clinic sooner. I can tell they care about animals and offer genuine advice and options for everything.

My dog who is a Pitbull went there and he had a wonderful visit. But, despite any accident he made, they were very kind and responsive. The receptionist was nice and greeted me at the door. There was forms, but they were easy to fill out, then they took him to the back. I waited less than 10min to be seen after my appointment time, and they allowed me to sit in my vehicle. It was less than a 20min wait after that for his shots and then to diagnose. As far as I know, they handled him very well and my dog was known to be aggressive to strangers. The price was $20 less than I expected at around $230 compared to $275. The exam is reasonable at $47 as well as up to date vaccinations around $100. For a basic visit, under $150. But his case for mange and worms made it much higher. So, this place is great for routine maintenance but expect to pay a hefty price for antibiotics and overall treatment for advanced conditions.

The folks at Red Mountain Animal Clinic are extremely helpful! I'm one of those people that always has half a dozen more questions than the average person, and they are always more than willing to answer those questions. As far as prices go, they are beyond fair and reasonable. For example, several years ago, my dog had to have surgery to clear an intestinal blockage, and she had an allergic reaction of sorts to the type of stitching they used to sew her back up. Because of this, her incision had to be completely reopened and resewn with a different kind of stitching, and the my wife and I were not charged a penny for the second procedure. I cannot stress my level of satisfaction with this Vet. There hours are very convenient, and they work hard to get your pets in, even on last-minute situations. Four paws up!

Very nice place and customer service pretty good love it as they say so far so good. Prices are very blessing ???? to me was able to pay for my Cocoa surgery. Thank you Dr.B and staff .she is resting well

i have been bringing my pup Leo to RMAC for two years now for all of his needs. They are always so great with him and he is always excited to be there. RMAC is the best in bham I believe and I will continue bringing my dog and any other dog there for their grooming, boarding, and vet needs

Went here because usual vet was closed. Took my 9month old puppy who had new onset diarrhea, I was worried for giardia because he had been treated for it a week ago. The staff was nice, managed the pup well but told me the stool sample had cells only and that he must've eaten something he shouldn't have. I was told he definitely cleared the giardia. I should watch him for two more days and he should improve. If not, blood work was suggested. Later that night, my pup got really ill, started vomiting as well. Had to take him to the emergency vet at 1am - turns out he had giardia in his stool. We could've started treatment so much earlier, there was no need for him to suffer. Would not recommend.
