This is the best vet that we have ever been to. From the receptionist to the techs to the doctors, extremely empathetic, knowledgeable, professional and caring. I would recommend them 1000x over!

* Everyone is positive and kind here, they must be the best for the annual checkup, vaccination, and mild sickness. * The reasons I gave 3 stars to BAH are (1) I do understand that they can't tell anything certain only from the blood test, however, they're tooooo shy - I did not appreciate the attitude "I can't tell, go to 24hr ER" throughout the exam. (2) I asked twice what options I had for my dog w/kidney failure and heard murmur3 , though, they did not mention about "pet stem cell therapy". I learned it later from my own research and found some Vet office in Kennesaw has already offer the treatment. *I thought "hospital" could do more, but, they are just a regular vet clinic. Go to 24hr ER directly when your pet's life in danger. Or you will be just dispatched to them from BAH.

The staff exceeded my expectations; they were knowledgeable, patient, and willing to listen and answer my questions. My dog Mason tends to suffer from Social Anxiety, but Dr West was very patient and allowed Mason to get comfortable. He also suggested Mason could benefit from training. A previous vet told me I would have muzzle and medicate him, to come in for vaccinations, so a training suggestion and Dr West's patience was very welcomed. I would gladly recommend Brookstone Animal Hospital to any of my friends or colleagues.

I love your practice , all stuff amaizing , everything and everywhere remarkably clean , and atmosphere in clinic feels like luxury places , and I have special thank you Dr.Callie Mizell , she is amazing always take her time to explain and always answer all my questions , no one in that practice ever try to up sale anything and not pushing their agenda , very honest practice , I lost my dog 8 months ago , and now I have two German shepherd dogs I brought them my precious puppies . I am highly recommend that clinic 100% ????????????????

The team was very prepared and professional, but also friendly. Dr. M reviewed my dogs' charts far in advance and was very prepared for our visit. My dogs loved Brooke, our technician, so much that I think they wanted to go home with her. We just moved from Colorado to the Kennesaw area, so finding a veterinarian practice we loved just as much as our previous practice was a tall order, but I think we've found it. The facility was very clean and there was very minimal waiting. We were taken back to a room and seen by a technician immediately. The doctor arrived shortly after the initial exam/patient history with the vet tech. They have a practice has a convenient online pharmacy and filled my order for a specific type of pain reliever in the office, same day, for my old boy. Overall, great first visit. Highly recommend.

We have referred family, friends, and neighbors that now come to Brookstone Animal Hospital. Dr. West is one of a kind and does so well with our doggies and is very personable with us as well!! I believe his tech was Amber and she was very kind and helpful. (A little pricy for the nail trims though.) I like the staff at Brookstone. 99% of them are very sweet and interested in your furry baby. The doctors are nice, have a good bed-side manner if you will, and I think they are easy to understand when it comes to medical terms. Our recent experience was another enjoyable one. We also received a follow-up call to make sure all was well, that was a nice touch! The office is always clean and welcoming.

There are so many vet offices closer to me, but I will gladly drive to come here. I know that my pup is taken care of when she is here. Dr. West is the first vet that Callie will let examine her. Totally recommend Brookstone!

Staff & facility are both excellent, doctors friendly and helpful..they really care about the animals, from pedicures,to boarding..

I get so worried about sending my pups to boarding facilities because so many are just overcrowded poorly ventilated and filled with kennel cough. We just picked my dogs up after a week stay and I was really anxious they would be hacking or have some symptoms but they are fine! We get the VIP suite for our pups to share. ive never seen it but hope it’s lovely for them. Only complaint is I wish they had alittle better follow up. I emailed my records and forms and asked if they could confirm that my pups were good to go and I didn’t hear anything back. When my husband dropped them off they need told him one was due for a fecal which I could’ve had done at our vet. Overall that’s small in comparison to having peace of mind during travels and safe and healthy pups when you return.

All of the staff is fantastic! Everyone is super friendly and very helpful with any questions. While it still makes her nervous to go, Bella always does so well at the vet. The atmosphere seems very comforting to her, which makes the whole experience better for all of us.

Dr. Hiers and staff were great and very patient with our dogs. We have a German Shepard who is super anxious when going to the vet. Dr.Hiers and her assistant were super knowledgeable and professional to help us get things done with care. Thank you!!

Professional staff, professional behavior, professional atmosphere. Everyone doing their job with pride. However, I do find it difficult to reach the front desk when calling. I have to leave a voicemail. THEY DO CALL ME BACK WITHIN AN HOUR THOUGH!!

We went on vacation a week and a half ago and boarded both our dogs for the first time ever. They don’t go to the dog park, they don’t go in public ever, so I was very nervous. We picked them up after 4 nights and our 8 month old had diarrhea. She wasn’t acting sick so I watched her for a few days thinking maybe it was just stress. Well, I took her to another vet yesterday and she has tested positive for giardia. According to the vet it’s not uncommon for dogs to get it in the conditions (read, not sanitary) that frequently exist in kennels. I contacted Brookstone immediately and they told me she likely got it elsewhere. Sure. I paid $700 for my dogs to stay separate from other dogs and get extra walks and get a clean bill of health at Brookstone prior to us leaving. I’m just amazed my 4 year old pup didn’t get it too. Oh, and I paid another $250 to actually get her diagnosed and get the various medication needed to get rid of the parasite. Brookstone’s attitude was immediately defensive and they assured me there was no way she could have gotten it here. Well she’s never had it before and she has never been anywhere else, so I think it’s not unreasonable to assume they are the origin. Just be aware, your dog has a high likelihood of getting ill here and it’s stupid expensive for them to stay here AND THEN pay additional fees for medical treatment to get your babies better. We will never use them again, that’s for sure.
