We've had dogs for years, and only last year found Jeana's. We are lucky, and so is our Border Terrier! Great people, great service, reasonable prices, and good location, tho Concord Ave doesn't have much parking. But for a quick drop off or pick up, no problem.

Organized kind service. They really care about your pet. Highly recommended!

First visit to Jeana's Salon! She handled my cat beautifully and I am excited to finally have a consistent and knowledgeable groomer for my little fluffball.

Kitty is happy and gorgeous. Her baby blue eyes have had a blueberry facial and long nails trimmed and clean. Mommie is very happy.

We've taken our dogs to Jeana and her crew for years, and they are the best. When I pick her up, Jessie smells wonderful, looks beautiful and her coat is silky smooth. We are so fortunate to have found Jeana! She really knows dogs.

I have been bringing my little Coton de Tulear , Nella, to Jeana’s Dirty Dog Salon for about 3 years now, and am very happy with my experience there. Jeana has a very busy business so I have my dog scheduled for grooming every 6 weeks which works well for both of us. The Coton de Tulear breed has very fine hair which feels like soft cotton and most groomers know that it matts easily and makes grooming extremely difficult. But Jeana has never complained and always does an excellent job even when my little Nella is particularly “messy”. I think Jeana does a particular good job on Nella’s face, but all in all Nella always looks good after being groomed. I also need to put in good words for Madelina who works tirelessly in Jeana’s busy Grooming Salon and does a wonderful job. She is kind, accessible, communicates well and is very good with Nella.

Ive taken my dog(s) to Jeanas for 20 years and the customer service, high quality grooming, and dog advice have always been top notch. Seriously! There is a difference no matter how cute and clean your dog might look post groomer. Jeana knows breeds and temperaments of dogs and cats like no other! Her assistant Magdaleana is fantastic.

This is a great place. Great with both dogs and people. If Jeana has an opening take it.

I bring my Himalayan cat here for bathing, grooming and a lions cut. This breed has a double coat which makes grooming hard work especially if you have a cat that hates being brushed. I found Jeana a couple of years ago on google and have been coming here every since. She and her staff are brilliant. My cat Queenie is not easy to deal with. She gets matted and she hates anyone touching her belly or getting her nails clipped. She gets really stressed out but they are so patient with her and I really appreciate that. I highly recommend them. They are affordable and friendly and they do an amazing job! Queenie always looks fabulous after her spa day. I couldn’t be happier. Check them out! And thank you so much Jeana for taking such great care of Queenie every time.

I swear if i could give this place a negative star review i would. To start it off Jeana (owner) is completely rude, and lacks any kind of customer service skills. I called inquiring about grooming my cat. She had an attitude the second she answered the phone them after asking about pricing she yelled stating i either make an appt or dont..... are you kidding me? im calling your business as a paying customer trying to figure out how much money i will need to bring and you are going to treat me like that? I cant imagine how she treats your fur babies behind closed doors if thats how she treats people... I will gladly take my business elsewhere!!

I travel an hour to bring my pets to this GEM of a salon. My pups, cat, and me, all love Jeana and Magdalena❣️ They are the best of the best and my pets have haircuts that are exquisite. ✌????♥️????

this place does awesome work! All this stuff is very friendly the facility is great and I feel totally comfortable leaving my pet with them to get groomed. It is a little bit expensive but it's worth every penny. They do such great work and the animals come back looking amazing!

I brought my 2 cats in for grooming and had a great experience! Jeana taught me how to properly comb my new Siberian because no matter what I tried I could never get any hair off of her when I brushed her. She got a great lion cut and is so much happier now that she can move without all that extra fluff! My other cat is short haired and he had a good time getting his bath and nails cut. Jeana really cares about the cats and takes the time to do the job properly without too much stress on them. Thank you!

Did a great job with our Chelsea. She's pretty fussy and getting up there in years, but needs to be trimmed a few times a year or else she gets intolerable.

Called to schedule an appointment. I was put on hold for over 15 minutes at which point I hung up assuming I'd call back later. I received a return phone call (the only positive of my experience) and asked for pricing for a haircut. Apparently Jeana doesn't believe in cutting spitz fur which she informed me through a very rude mini-lecture and essentially told me I wasn't taking care of my dog. As a former veterinary technician and groomer's assistant, I am very aware of how to care for my dog and what he requires as an individual. If you don't perform a service, simply say so. Being that rude to a potential customer is unnecessary and extremely disrespectful. I'll just take my dog elsewhere for a haircut and his normal grooming throughout the year.

Jeana and her employees are just so amazing people. Their grooming are top notch and always feel comfortable when leaving my baby boy with them.

Both of my Ausies are loving Jeana's staff and their grooming . They are always so well taking care off and love going to Jeana's. Not to mention they always get such great combout and look beautiful

Love this grooming salon, clean, safe environment, crate free and a fantastic staff. My dogs are actually happy to be groomed here, and always happy and beautiful when I pick them up. I find the owner and staff to be very caring and knowledgeable, always having time to answer any questions. A great big thank you toJeana and her staff.

The owner will not only argue continuously with you over any concerns or complaints you may have, but also threatened my dog by saying she “works with sharp objects near my pet.”

Horrible experience. Really the worst. Doesn’t matter how reasonable you try to be. She’s insane.
