The nicest receptionist helped me at this office. We needed a collar for our dog to prevent licking and itching a sore. What a lovely office. I will be a customer.

Dr Pete helped me say goodbye to our ferret Marley. We had 7 1/2 years together and we will miss her so much Marley is the dark ferret and Molly was white.

Bethel Animal hospital offers over the top service, personable and individualized care, knowledgeable and thorough staff. I’m so glad we found Dr. Pete and his staff. We relocated from Florida and were worried about being able to find another “family doctor” for our fur babies. The staff spent a lot of time getting to know us and our animals. We have already brought our dogs here for an illness and grooming. We had an unexpected family emergency today and had to leave town ASAP. I left a VM with the office and even though it was prior to office hours, the staff called me back and did everything in their power to help get me on the road ASAP. They took my babies in early. They didn’t have to do that! I regret that I didn’t get the name of the lady who helped me. She is an angel. Bethel animal Hospital has big town skills and experience , small town family doctor compassion and care.

I am delighted that Dr. Pete and the staff at Bethel Animal Hospital are my new vet of choice. I am new to the area and was very pleased with everything about my dog's annual appointment. Dr. Pete shared with me important information about my dog and her breed. This is my 3rd Australian Shepherd but the first veterinarian to school me about a potential genetic problem with this bred taking heartworm preventative. Fortunately, my dog has been on the prevention for years with no negative consequences, but now I have important knowledge for my next Aussie. Thank you Dr. Pete!

I've taken our dog here 3 times, everytime we take him, they find a way to make me buy an Expensive Medication this time $165

Dr. Pete and the staff are amazing! They took care of my dachshund that needed a LOT of extractions! He is 5 days mending and doing great! When I scheduled my skittish German shepherd and told them she was a tough customer, no one even blinked an eye, they assured me they would take care of her and that is exactly what they did. I couldn’t be happier ???? Thank you to everyone at this practice!! Service is excellent and prices are very reasonable.

Dr. Pete is currently treating our baby, Tino, through a very traumatic accident where he ran into a small tree limb, close to a foot long that went through the top of his back. Dr. Pete came in this morning to care for our baby even though he's taking time off. My family recognizes Dr. Pete's dedication for one of my furry family members. Best Dr!

Dr. Pete and his staff are consummate professionals. He has taken care of four out of my five pets and is a wonderful veterinarian. EDIT: 1/25/21 Bethel Animal Hospital continues to be fantastic. Just had my dogs for their very first boarding experience over the weekend and it was a 5/5 experience. My dogs are extra anxious around new people and it is a testament to their work that they could take care of my dogs like they did!

Dr. Pete is amazing. He has helped us immensely through the years. Gives you options with cheaper options when needed. He is very kind, helpful and informative. Unfortunately we have had to put a dog and a cat down in the past 2 years and he and the staff are so empathetic. They do it a lot cheaper than any other vets and they send you home with a little paw print of your pet. They even set out a little candle to let people know to be respectful as you bring in your pet. Wonderful place and staff and will continue to come here for years to come. This place is great. Everyone is so friendly, and all of the recommendations we received were based solely on what was best for our pet. I really appreciated all of the honesty, and the costs were more than fair. When the time came to say goodbye to our furry family member, the care, compassion, and consideration we received was above and beyond anything we expected. These guys are doing this because they care. We will always be grateful for all they did.

Very compassionate vet clinic. Gave good, prescriptive advice on dealing with a dog with a aggressive cancer. Made a house call for a very reasonable cost when it was time to put her to sleep. Great service.

Unfortunately I didn’t get to meet the staff of Bethel on better circumstances. My husband and I choose this place to say see you later to our sweet baby boy Finnegan. Because we are a week away from meeting our first human baby while saying goodbye/ see you later to our first fur baby, the experience they provided was beyond amazing. I will forever be grateful to every staff member we encountered as well as the Dr. I didn’t feel rushed throughout the entire process and I could tell our Finnegan was at peace the entire time. The day we were to pick up Finnegan’s ashes we received a heartfelt card in the mail signed by every staff member wishing their condolences. We appreciated the care so much we have decided to switch our other fur baby to the care of Bethel. Thinking about the gentle kindness our experience was will always bring tears to our eyes. Best Veterinarian I have ever had. He shows true concern and care for all his patients. His office is immaculate and never an odor at all.

I give Dr. Pete and staff a A+. The office is squeaky cleaning and does not smell like a vet office. Dr. Pete performed knee surgery on our 1 year old pup yesterday. Today when picking Carly up he went thru the surgery procedure and he said he personally sat and talked to Carly while she was waking up, I thought that was pretty special. I highly recommend Bethel Animal Hospital.

I was so impressed with how kind and accommodating the staff were here! It was our first time visiting Bethel Animal Hospital and even with the social distancing measures in place they were so helpful and spent as much time as I needed to get all my questions answered. Dr. Kowalewski did a fantastic job explaining things to me and I could tell both my pups were well taken care of! Thank you, Bethel Animal Hospital! We will definitely be returning!

Amazing doctor and great staff! From the first call I knew this would be a change for our dog. We are very please with the care our dog has rec’d from everyone at Bethel!

They are awesome there...very reasonable. I have taken 3 animals there...one aussie...I had to put here down she was 15 and very sick. They were very helpful, thoughrful...I was a mess she was my baby!! Then I had to put my car down as she had a massive brain tumor and was in pain. And now our 8 yr old lab having seizures. Awesome vet and service all around. VERY caring place...you are not a number!!

We had to put our 9.5 year old dog down a few weeks ago and I could not have found a more caring place to have laid him to rest, I cannot thank the staff enough for their support. We just received the sweetest card that had a cotton full of seeds to plant in memory of our sweet baby.

Always loved Bethel! Only place that successfully helped my sweet baby and her skin infection. She had it for 2 years! We went to multiple vets and this was the only one who fixed her problem! We are very thankful for Bethel Animal Hospital!!!!!

My husband took our dog Juneau to see Dr. Pete for the first time last week, per the recommendation of my mom, who takes both of her dogs to see him. Juneau was picked up from our car and walked inside by a very sweet staff member, and for the first time, he walked inside with her happily. Because of COVID, my husband waited in the car and video called with Dr. Pete during Juneau’s exam, which was awesome. When I say he is the most thorough and compassionate vet, I mean it. Our last vet was good, but there were so many of them that Juneau never saw the same person, and they were unable to diagnose his ongoing skin problems (which has caused much anxiety on my part). Dr. Pete and his staff were able to diagnose him and create a plan for treatment. I cannot say enough about how impressed we are, and I think Juneau’s calmness for the very first time speaks for itself. We will be taking Juneau to Bethel Animal Hospital from now on. Thank you all so much for bringing me some peace of mind and for taking such good care of our dog!

Dr. Pete has been taking care of my dog for over 2 years now. He does what is right for the animal, and not what is going to make him money. Everyone in this office is extremely friendly, very helpful & knowledgable, and has a compassion for animals. If you are looking for a veterinarian that you can trust your animal with, you're definitely looking in the right place.
