Dr. Hogans is absolutely the most caring vet I have ever experienced. She is attentive, positive and got right back to me after some blood work had been taken. I highly recommend her and the entire office.

We brought our kittens to Toro Park Animal Hospital for their first wellness check. The staff was polite, professional, and efficient. In addition, he doctor was informative and helpful.

We boarded our dog for several days and feel they really care about our fur baby... I like the staff who are very caring. Dr. Rockwood was both professional and realistic in her diagnosis of our 15 yr old dog when he became very ill at 15 yrs old. She helped us with a difficult decision two years ago.

I was able to schedule appointments for my 2 pugs within 5 days of my call. The arrival process was smooth, the offices/building are clean and welcoming, the staff, ranging from the assistants to the office staff and Dr Hogans, we’re professional and friendly. I felt comfortable with the treatment plans presented clearly and the follow up the next day was greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

I trust 100% on their team. Every time I need to take my puppy to get checked, get prescription or even stay with them while I’m out of town, their service is great and my puppy is always happy to go there.

We absolutely love Dr. Rockwood and her staff. We are not overwhelmed with lots of other cats and dogs when we go in, very peaceful environment.

This was my little girls Sasha first puppy visit and despite COVID rules all the staff were professional, informative and pet compassionate despite being rained on. I wasn’t sure about coming back , but it is a great place to take your pet when you want your furry friend in good hands. Thanks to all the staff ! Great service hands down! There is not enough space here for me to sing the praises of Toro Park Animal Hospital! My 17 yr.old Jack Russell has been diagnosed with liver and kidney failure so when he wouldn't respond to my call to get up two mornings ago I became panicked immediately. The hospital I have a wellness plan with was unable to see him for a MONTH which I could not accept. Dr. Hogans was Harley's vet for most of his adult life before she left Harden Ranch Vet. I knew she moved to Toro Park Animal Hospital so I called to see if she could see him. She made time for him at the end of that day. Even though I pay a monthly amount to have him seen elsewhere I did not care. Everyone I spoke with during that appointment was caring, understanding and helpful. Ashley gets a big virtual hug from me, she understands blubbering perfectly. Some places say they care about your pet, that day I experienced caring in action.

Switching veterinarians during a Pandemic could have been a nightmare...instead it was handled smoothly and professionally. Dr. Rockwood is kind, caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and always available to answer a question or address a concern. The office & support staff is just as amazing....always so kind , helpful and willing to go the extra mile to handle a problem. Even though I am not able to accompany my dog into the office, I know my dog is is good hands at Toro Park Animal Hospital. Looking forward to a time when I can actually meet all the staff in person.

My baby boy had an emergency. I called Banfield in Salinas (formerly Harden Ranch Animal Hospital), as the Dr. there did his surgery 3 years prior for bladder stones. The girl there, I believe her name was Brook was UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. She huffed and puffed while she was on the phone "Well, Dr. Hogans only works on Fridays. Her Fridays are booked for the next two weeks." (All while having an attitude). No suggestion of another Dr that would be available. I just said Thank You and hung up. Then I remembered I took my little girl to Toro Park Animal Hospital when she had a bad infection 2 years prior. They saw her right away. I called them, got an appointment for the next day, and my little boy went into surgery that afternoon. Dr. Rockwood and her staff are not only compassionate and caring of the pets, they will keep you in the loop with phone calls. They even sent me a text message right before my luttle boy went into surgery. I will now take my pets here. Banfield needs to retrain their staff to be more enthused when they're working. If they don't like their job, they should quit. Im sure someone would live to replace them.

The care they show your pet is exceptional. This office will work with you to find the best and most cost effective treatment. The staff is very friendly and treat my dog as if she were theirs. They took care of all of my needs were very gentle with my babies.

They got me in for my dog sooner than other vets could and did not charge me an arm and a leg. Great service.

We have gone there for years. Vets are thorough and you can board pets with the friendly staff.

Awesome vet and staff. We love Dr. Rockwood. We've been taking our dog there for almost 2 years now, and she and her staff are so gentle and patient with our scared dog. They take great care of him. We highly recommend this vet.

My senior dog is deathly afraid of vets, having had bad experiences before. Dr. Rockwood and her assistants were extremely gentle and understanding with my old girl, and were able to conduct am exam with minimal anxiety for the dog.

Toro Pet Hospital is always clean, on time and staff is wonderful. They call you the next day to see how your pet is doing after appointment. I highly recommend this vet office.

I love working with the vets and staff at Toro Park Animal Hospital. Everyone is kind to me and extra caring to my pet. I believe the vets are honorable in their evaluations and recommendations and prices are reasonable. They also do a nice job with kenneling.
