The wait times are very long! My appointment was at 4:45pm and I didn't get called in until 5:45, nearly an hour after they're supposed to close! Very poor service. I've also heard from a friend that they misdiagnosed their dogs kidney disease here and the dog unfortunately passed.

Wonderful experience. Very clean, well organized and kind. No stress on my pup nor myself.

I brought my cat here after a severe misdiagnosis from another vet. Avalon saved my cats life and I cannot be more grateful. Dr. Dunne assured me I’m doing the best job taking care of my cat and I was able to leave the office with a healthy cat and confidence that I’m doing everything in my power to keep him healthy. I’ll never go to another vet again!

I highly recommend this animal hospital, and absolutely need to compliment the entire staff! They are warm, kind, compassionate, and incredibly understanding people. I wish I could remember my vet's name, she made a truly devastating loss much more bearable.

As always the staff are simply amazing

Hard day for pet owners when you have to put your baby to rest but the staff here were amazing, kind,gentle, attentive and anything else you could need in such a difficult time. They also use angel paws for cremation, which ive herd noting but fantastic things about ♡ We also had our boy neutered here and they did an amazing job with him also, no complications healing & clear after care instructions 10/10 ????

I can't say enough about the staff here. Today was my first experience with them, during a very stressful time with my dog, and everyone was so wonderful. We definitely have a new vet for our pets - a total 180 from the service we had been getting from our ex vet clinic.

Staff bend over backwards to help you and your pets. Highly recommended.

The staff at Avalon expediently got my puppy in for an eye injury check when my own vet wouldn't. Will be switching vets.

Wonderful vets and staff! They gave excellent care to my Ellie, as is always the case. Dr. O'Reilly is a very kind and thorough vet and it is obvious that she loves her job and genuinely cares about the animals that she treats. She explains her treatment plan before implementing it, in terms that are easy to understand. My fur baby is very comfortable with her and with all the staff,involved in her care.

I've generally had good service here, but the last couple of visits, the wait time has been brutal. Yesterday I left work early for an appointment at 3:40pm and didn't get in until after 4:30pm and never got so much as an apology for the inconvenience.

Very professional, friendly service. Dr. Zadworny and Brenda were very gentle with Nellie. They were also very informative about the exam and treatment. Very pleased.

Brought my cat here today to get neutered and they lost him!! Also learned they lost another cat a few weeks ago!! This is certainly not quality care for our family pets!! Am not pleased with the lack of caution and will definitely not be returning with any of my animals, my heart is broken.

For many years, this animal hospital was the one I used before I left Newfoundland. Their genuine care and empathy when saying goodbye to a beloved family dog or cat is unmatched. 20 years later, they are the hospital I once again go to with our newest furbaby Lucy. Dr. Dunn is exceptional in her approach and ease at making a nervous puppy feel comfortable and to make an owner feel like they matter. You are not rushed out the door and all your questions get clear answers. 5 star service all the way!!

I took my cat to be fixed. I think the most traumatic for him was the the journey there. The staff were very friendly, efficient, and professional. They kept me informed of necessary pre-op (via text) and post-op care. The facility has a cat waiting area so you can keep them somewhat separated from the doggos, so as to minimize their stress (hence the 5th star, great idea). Least expensive in town for this procedure, too.

Terrible costumer experience. You will deal with rude front desk/receptionist manners. Unreliable with appointments.

I have been going there for about 6 years now and love it. I have never had a vet clinic make me feel like they cared about our fur babies so much, as well as the compassion I have experienced during very difficult times! No matter who I've seen there it is always a positive experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend avalon animal hospital for your fur family????
